We hosted a large corporate event (with 50 people) and the event went smoothly with everyone being engaged at each station learning about proper cutting techniques, use of spices (new and commonly used), information about the local farms they work with and much more! The way the class and stations were set up allowed for easy networking among the guests and fun conversations with the chefs. Food was amazing and all our attendees enjoyed the charcuterie table they had set up while socializing beforehand and during the cooking class. I am also very grateful about the venue being extremely flexible with scheduling and allowing access to the building as we had a lot of deliveries & pre-event set ups that needed to be brought in for our event. Guests were thrilled to receive the recipes for all the menu items we made after the event as well. The only challenge we had was the limited parking available, but luckily there is a free municipal parking lot right across the street so it all worked out. Would highly recommend hosting a private event or attending one of their regular cooking classes. May and her team are very professional and passionate about what they do, and it shows!

Many people commented how great of a party it was. Kudos to Michael, our event host, who was very attentive and professional. Michael and Edwin were both so lovely to work with, and everyone else that works there is so kind, attentive, and truly care about their guest's experience. Anyone that has ever been here knows the food is next to none -- every single thing they make is high end restaurant quality and that's not easy to do in a venue. My class was held in the back studio which made it feel like a private party. It even had an area with ice and glasses (wine and beer glasses) and a counter top to set up the desserts we brought.  *My family and friends were there to celebrate my birthday, and my mother said that all of the staff were very accommodating in hiding my ice-cream cake. :) Our instructor also gave many breaks and opportunities to eat and celebrate. I really enjoyed the music that played during the class too which created a casual and relaxing night. TEACHER: We loved our art instructor, Justine, who has the patience of a saint! She made the class fun and reassured all of us that we would all be able to complete the selected painting of the night. She was encouraging and lended her gentle guidance and expertise. From catalog sales and candy and holiday shoppes to the end of year carnival/ fun fair we held today the customer service and personal attention given by each layer of staff from Phil our marketing/ account rep who is always running around trying to please ,to Jenn in the office who helps when we call with questions or Anthony the kind owner who always is willing to help us make our events happen this company is on point... Today our school had the best time. The supplied dj was terrific, from Pre k to teens all loved his selection of music and mc skills, the set up staff worked well with us despite the weather and worked hard to ensure a great time and the of course again Phil who ran around getting our pretzels. You really don't need to come with anyone to have a good time here. Trust me. We booked a 3 p.m. session online, and it was a 10/10 experience. Our instructor, Dalton, was full of energy, super friendly, funny and explained everything perfectly, making the painting process enjoyable! He also played music throughout the class, and his playlist was a hit! It really set the mood and made the experience even more fun. One of the best parts? You can bring your own food, drinks, and even wine! They provide wine glasses, plates, and cups for convenience, and if you forget something to drink, they sell sodas in the back. Plus, there's a store directly across the street where you can purchase a bottle of wine if that's your thing. The class lasted a little over two hours, giving us plenty of time to enjoy and create. Parking on a Sunday was easy with plenty of street parking, but I can see it getting busier during peak hours. Overall, Pinot's Palette is more than just a painting class--it's a whole experience!
