    I have been here 5 times or more in the past couple of years. One thing I can attest to is the food is always consistently very good. From HS sports banquets, bridal showers, and Weddings The Primavera Regency always does a wonderful job. I just attended a New Years Eve Wedding on Sunday. It was amazing! There was one room set up for the actual ceremony. It held approx 75-100 people. Then on to the Ballroom. This was no typical wedding. Instead of long oval tables of 12, the bride chose to have all different types of tables that were different heights and sizes. It was open seating for 200 people. Everything was silver and gold, with purple, pink, and multi colored lights. Everything else was white. The room was gorgeous and magical. The Primavera Regency was turned into a huge club with continuous food and drinks flowing all night. The bride even had white leather couches and cocktail tables brought in. . The bartenders were very professional and had two signature martinis in honor of the bride and groom.. The staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating I never had to ask to have any of my plates removed. There was so much food I never made it every station. This was a continuous buffet. We started with a raw bar of Shrimp,and Oysters. Then onto fresh Prosciutto, Melon, fresh Mozzarella. Cesar Salad, Mesculin Green Salad , Antipasto. Stuffed Artichoke Hearts, Roasted Red Peppers, Shrimp n Rice , Pork Medallions, Scallops n Greens,Sautéed Broccoli Rabe with Cannellini Beans and tomato. Hand carved , Prime rib, Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Au jus and Brown Gravy. Eggplant Parmesan, Shrimp Parmesan, Rigatoni Pasta and several sauces. Hot passed hors d'oeuvres. For desserts A Crème Brûlée Bar, a Cupcake Station, a Coffee Bar, A Gelato Bar, Assorted mini Cakes and Pastries. Homemade Cannoli and Zeppoles. Our waitress and waiter passed around Expresso and cappuccino. On and on. There was even a photo booth. The bride Chose a Motown Trio named Rocky and Billy with a female singing Impersonator. They played continuous music and DJing. There was even a tv screen to watch the ball drop... I can't say enough good things about this Banquet Hall. It doesn't matter if it's a school fuction or wedding they do a really nice job...

    They were hosting George Lamond and freestyle music all night long. Price included 2 hours drinks and appetizer then a 4 course dinner. It was completely fascinating and with great friends this couldn't get any better. We all had a great time. It was s very nice time. I would recommend this to all those who love freestyle next year. Book early tickets sell out really fast.

From our first meeting, Stacey removed every fear we had. She listened carefully. She understood our vision. She gave us structure, direction, and confidence from day one. For a full year, Stacey and her team guided us through every step. She managed everything. From our stationery to the napkins. From the overall theme to the décor with the florist. She coordinated vendors, negotiated contracts, and kept every moving part aligned. Everything was handled in a timely fashion. Nothing was rushed. Nothing was late. Every detail landed exactly when it needed to. She saved us money. She saved us time. She eliminated stress. I am someone who likes control. It was hard for me to hand the reins over to someone else.     Very disappointed with lack of communication,lack of details and professionalism…read more I attempted to rate this company in 2021, but Stacy deleted it, so hopefully this review will stick. We wasted thousands of dollars hiring Stacy. At first she was attentive towards my daughter, but as time went by she lost interest. The one time we really needed help with her dress, and she didn't return my call. In fact as the MOB she never acknowledged me the day of the wedding except when I asked to move the cards to a safer spot at reception in which she gave me an attitude. Don't expect her to be at the venue the morning of when the bride shows up or stay until the end. She shows up later to take a picture of rings etc with some fake flowers. ( not my daughters). Also, don't bother using the paper company next door. Little black dress. Hugh rip off. I sat at a table next to the owner, who never looked at me never mind acknowledge the person filling her bank account. Bottom line my daughter could have done all the planning herself. The planner at your venue is all you need. Don't waste your money .

I bookmarked their site and knew the minute I was engaged I would be contacting them. Months later I was finally engaged and My Bellissima was my next phone call. When I met Kara and Laura, I was just in awe of them. They are the ying and the yang of each other. They can finish each other's sentences and they made me feel very comfortable. I was sitting in their office screaming inside saying OMG they are perfect for the job!!! It was a match made in bridal heaven.     Above and Beyond…read more Our daughter's wedding was Saturday 10/1/2022, our driver Billy kept a close eye on the questionable weather coming from Hurricane Ian, he was totally correct about the weathers timing. He walked all of us one by one to bus and church with biggest umbrella ever. Needless to say it didn't rain on us but he was totally prepared. Carmine also took awesome care of the groom and the groomsmen, she was terrific and so professional. While we were in church Billy went to tuxedo shop swapped out the tuxedo pants for my husband, father of the bride(broken zipper) no one ever knew. Seamlessly got 2 pairs, made the situation stress free. Thank you so much for thinking outside the box and helped to avoid an annoying situation. Job well to our drivers!! Thank you!

We were able to get family and close friends from our house, to the church and to the venue. They have the best rates I could find and incredible service. John is the owner and is very easy to work with, our driver was named Joe and was incredible. He helped get bags out to the car, helped fluff my train and get me ready to walk down the aisle with my dad while making sure my husband didn't see me on the way. I am so glad I ended up booking Action Limousine because I nearly didn't and it was a great decision.

I was married on 10/7/2023 and Details Made Simple (Carla) made sure it was the most beautiful, and least anxiety provoking day. I had previously booked a Day Of Coordinator in March 2023. This DOC promised me the world and more for my October 2023 wedding. We'll fast forward to August 2023 meeting with my venue, I was alone and freaking out. My DOC (not Carla) bailed on me for the venue meet, and made me feel like I was panicking for no reason with a timeline that will be formulated week before wedding. (Again not Carla) Thanks to my maid of honor coming through with an amazing recommendation, I was given Carlas's number after feeling defeated and upset with my previous DOC not supporting me or showing up for me when necessary. After 2 hour conversation with myself and my mom, I immediately felt at ease with Carla. My concerns were validated as "No way should a timeline be started 1 week before event". With many tears had during our initial conversation, that night I slept the best I had in all my wedding planning with Carla coming to my rescue and the rest is history. Details Made Simple is just that, Details Made Simple. From hiring (DMS) that August evening to my wedding on October 7, 2023, I was in The best hands Possible!!! We had a few phone calls in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and the month leading up to the wedding, myself and Carla were in contact regularly. She never hesitated to answer and email, a text or a phone call. I received updated timelines in my email on the regular, she contacted any vendors with whatever tasks were still not done, to her absolutely loving on my 3 year old niece on my wedding day, Carla was like having an extremely organized "family"member take charge and make sure myself, my husband and my bridal party had nothing to worry about on the wedding day. I can not speak highly enough about DMS services, professionalism and overall delivery of event planning. Carla, I am forever grateful to you! P.S. Carla was not available for my rehearsal at the church, but we had her team member Shadé. Also AMAZING. We were not an easy group and she got EVERYONE in place and running our ceremony as it was supposed to be. Thank you Shadé for being there for us!

I'm extremely disappointed writing this review, especially…read morebecause this was for my baby shower for my first child -- a once-in-a-lifetime event I can never get back. I paid $1,000+ for three staff members, and two of them showed up late. For an event where timing matters, this immediately created unnecessary stress. There was no reimbursement, no partial refund, and no real attempt to make things right. Unfortunately, the issues went beyond punctuality. The staff appeared unprofessional stating things like "you own this house?" in shock and degrading that people of color could own a lovely home and mostly stood around instead of proactively assisting guests or supporting the flow of the event. I found myself directing people I had hired to manage things -- which defeated the entire purpose of booking staff in the first place. When I addressed my concerns with the owner, I was met with zero accountability. Rather than acknowledging the late arrivals and lack of professionalism, she shifted the blame onto me as the customer. That response was more disappointing than the service itself. The company promotes itself heavily and builds high expectations, but the execution simply did not match the branding. Being offered a "discount" for a future event felt almost insulting -- especially given this was my first time hiring event staff and likely my last with this company. Since then, I've seen what professional event staff actually look like at another event, and the difference was night and day. This was my baby shower -- a special milestone -- and the experience added stress instead of support. I would not book again and do not recommend.
