They were very communicative about the service, texting and calling me on a regular basis to update me on the progress of the repair, and it was only in the shop for about 2 weeks. When I went to pick up the car, the employee was very nice and took the time to explain all of the repairs and communicate what the mechanics had made note of, including that we should get new tires soon. I was impressed with the quality of their service and I would definitely recommend them to others. Edit: Fast forward 2 years later when my car suffered a significant leak and let a lot of rainwater into the passenger side footwells. I suspected the leak may have been near where the above repair was done so I brought it into this shop. The next day they send me photos to show that the leak was actually around the sunroof. They unclogged the drains and attempted to seal the leak but since they could not guarantee that the fix would hold, they didn't charge me anything for the work! I love this shop! Upgraded to 5 stars.
