To my surprise, I ended up having to have a root canal noting a procedure that has much infamy in discomfort ; to my great delight, i was quickly evaluated, treated, and allowed to go on with my daily routines without any surprises. Not many folks would be welcoming a root canal, but in my instance, I welcome the relief over the throbbing pain...! Kudos Dr. Cline.. Pleasure to have made your acquaintance.. :)

When I tried to explain the situation and that she wasn't understanding I asked to speak to the office manager (Angela) and of course she wasn't available. When insurance tried calling to explain she (the office employee) said that I was aggressive and that they do not tolerate aggressive behavior. Maybe assertive but not sure how that was aggressive in a 3 minute conversation. Sometimes Dr's are not aware of how office staff treats people and they really should be aware. I will never recommend this practice, was terrible from the moment the phone was answered, she had a big chip on her shoulder.

Our daughter loves this dentist office. They are clean, convenient to our house and not super…read moredifficult to get an appointment with. The staff at the front desk is so super sweet I can't say enough about them. In saying all of that there are two main reasons I can't give them 5 stars. The first is over communication. When you book an appointment you get a text, about a week before you get a text to confirm, 3 more texts prior to your appointment, phone call confirming, messages, on and on and on. Its way too much. Unfortunately for me they somehow entered my daughters last two appointments twice (2 different back to back days) which meant I received 2 of all of the above and had to call multiple times to confirm which was the actual appointment so confusing. They never canceled or changed the incorrect appointment b/c apparently they could not see that in their system but the system continued to text me. I even received texts the morning and day of saying I was late. I called and they had no idea why as they didn't see anything in their system that showed we were supposed to be there. Very frustrating. The second reason is my teenager had to have a tooth pulled and she was nervous. She asked to go back with her and I said yes. When she was called back for her appointment I let the nurse know I was going back with her and she told me no. Ummm what? I wonder what they do when they have smaller children visit. I've never had a doctor say that I couldn't go back. I honestly thought it was the law that you be allowed to have someone at any and every doctor's appointment as you chose.
