They even have mickey mouse bridal veils. Took me a while looking through each to finally decide on the one that best fits. I ended up with a finger tip veil. No matter the design, all finger tip veils cost $135. They also steam the veil for you for no extra charge. Unfortunately when i visited, apparently my appointment request didnt come through so they already had someone visiting for their wedding dress. I even made the reservation 1 month prior. However, they were able to accomodate as there were two mirrors available. One mirror for veils and one mirror for wedding dress try ons.

I paid about $1800 for an off rack dress, and $700 for alterations which included hemming, taking out a layer of a skirt, taking it a size down, and a bustle! I came into her store having only three months until my wedding, and she told me that we absolutely can make it happen. I got my dress purchased and the alterations done not even in a month later! She does extremely high quality work, and takes pride and what she does as well, making sure not to actually cut anything that doesn't need to be cut and taking care of your dress! She also makes you feel like you can do anything you need to do with it, and even if you don't like it the first time she'll go back and fix it! Really nice to know that somebody actually cares and not just after your money. Also was really nice to be able to do everything in a one stop shop without feeling like I got ripped off.

I was shocked. We were given the most minimal assistance and no one brought her dresses to try. My daughter did all the work. I was stunned, I did leave a small tip but wish I had not. I was completely caught off guard. I've never been asked to leave a tip when dress shopping anywhere. My recommendation would be to go here and try stuff on for size then order it online. After doing a bit of research I found and reached out to Zeita studios and after our first consultation I was quoted almost 50% LESS THAN Nordstrom!! I said yes and never looked back. Not only did Sarah Mosher do it for less but she had an even better idea that did not damage the dress. She was super flexible and I ended having my mom and fiancé go get their alterations done there as well! Zeita even offers a service where you can have your pictures taken once the alterations are complete. The space is beautiful and they were AWEESOMMMME when it came to timeliness and consideration for dates. If you're looking for quality service and flexibility look no further! Zeita Studios was suggested to me through a word-of-mouth recommendation, and I asked if they could do alternations on my two-piece BHLDN gown in a 2-month time frame (this did include a rush fee). Not only were the Zeita ladies receptive to what I wanted done, they even worked with me to find ways to lower the price since they understood that alteration fees can sometimes be costly. Each visit with the Zeita ladies left me feeling reassured about the work being done. For my final appointment, they even did a mini photo shoot with my finished dress since I had a hair + makeup trial that day. In general, they made me feel so loved through the whole process, and they were hands-down one of the friendliest vendors I worked with while planning my wedding. Although my dress got kinda ruined day-of (I had an outdoor wedding so it was stepped on frequently + dirt stains), I felt confident, beautiful, and comfortable wearing it which is exactly how you want to feel about your dress on your wedding day. When I contacted the shop, they showed zero sympathy for how important the evening was and offered no apology or compensation whatsoever. They insisted that if the zipper was going to fail, it would have done so in the store -- "never" outside of it. Their solution was to fix the zipper the following day, which was completely unacceptable since the dress was needed that night. To make matters worse, they wanted me to drive over an hour to University Village at 3:30 PM on a Saturday afternoon with my daughter stuck in the broken dress so they could "inspect" the zipper. My daughter was part of a group of 11 seniors headed to professional pictures, dinner, and the prom--time was extremely limited. This lack of understanding and flexibility made a very stressful situation even worse. When I expressed my desire for a refund, I was told it was outside their 30-day window and no refund or exchange would be offered. When we purchased the dress, we were told we had to buy it immediately to have it in time for the dance--essentially protecting them from any responsibility, no matter the circumstances. Adding insult to injury, when my daughter tried contacting the woman for help to get out of the dress, her calls went unanswered and were never returned. We were also wrongly accused of zipping the dress incorrectly and misaligning the zipper teeth. Anyone who has dealt with formal dresses knows it takes more than one person to zip these dresses. None of the teeth were damaged, and the zipper was not misaligned -- my daughter was fully zipped into the dress before it failed. They clearly don't care about your special evening; the money is the only thing that matters. I cannot recommend this shop for formal dresses. There are shops that care far deeper than your pockets. This is not one of them!!!!
