I've tried my hardest to stay calm but unfortunately I have to start taking action by warning people. Nightmare, measured inappropriately and tried ro blame it on the contractor by saying the tile isn't level. (It's called custom shower glass! You measured it) it's been a month and we are still with no functioning shower due to half of the glass being installed and the other half missing. I called and requested the boss call me with some answers to multiple concerns I'm having and here we are 10 days later with no call back, even though I already expressed my concerns on google. STILL NO CALL FROM ANYONE. Tomorrow I will be going to home depot to demand answers as they were recommended by home depot. $2200 and I'm so angry I'm ready to rip the glass out and call soneone else! The reason i mention the price is because this company isn't cheap but their service is! read more

Don't use this company. I have been trying to get a new shower door installed for the past two months at this point. Took someone forever to come out and measure for one and then when the door and wall showed up it wasn't the correct texture of glass. AND THEN they finally come to install it and they manufactures put the fucking glass in the door upside down or some shit so it wouldn't fit. THEN two weeks later and the idiots who make the door put the glass in backwards this time so now I have to wait til the end of the week for them to hopefully get it right this time. The door was way to fucking expensive for all this shit to be going wrong and all they offered was a very small discount. The only plus side of this company is that the two gentlemen that came to attempt to install the door each time are very polite and friendly. I don't know their names but they might as well be the only ones holding this shit company together. read more

Sales person came out and gave me a quote. Price seemed high but I thought they would do a good job. The gentlemen measured the area and said 3-4 weeks for the custom door. Exactly 4 weeks later the installers came out. Unfortunately the sales rep took the wrong measurements! The shower is half up and they couldn't give me an eta as to when the new door would arrive. Unbelievable. I would recommend having the person measuring triple check so this doesn't happen to you. Update: The installers came out again two weeks later and were successful installing the door. It is good quality and the company was very customer service focused after the initial issue. read more

To future customers: if you order frameless glass shower door, please, document the maximum gap opening between glass door & walls which sales person will promise to achieve during installation. Make sure the sales guy signed it. Otherwise, you are going to have a big issue with water leaking thru the gaps read more

The ordering process went fine, with us paying 1/2 down to order our shower door. When the installers arrived, they found that the towel bar wasn't included, and were unaware (found out it was backordered). Installation went ok, until we used the shower a few days later and the brackets that hold the stationary section leaked on the outside of the door. The installer attempted to re-seal with more silicone. The leak was still happening. At this point, we were told that there is no guarantee for direct water hitting the brackets. The leaks were happening when we shower (no direct water, just spraying), and when we would squeegee the door with the squeegee they provided after telling us to clean the glass by using the squeegee. When the towel bar came in, they installed that and again sealed the brackets. They wanted payment and we explained that we'd pay the 2nd half as soon as we wait the 24-48 hours to use the shower, and confirm the leak was fixed. The company had someone call us multiple times leaving messages that they wanted to know how the install appt went (which they didn't do once the first time), which was clearly for the payment. In the meantime, we noticed that the shower door handle/towel bar seemed high, and after researching, it was. Ours is at 52", you literally have to reach up. Our shower has a 6" curb, which they clearly didn't take into account. I was told that they always just center it. The very worst part, and the part we should be reporting to our credit card company, is that they then processed the payment with the card we provided months prior for the downpayment, without authorization. They were very clearly told that authorization was not given, nor should they have been storing our card number. I'd love feedback on how that should be handled. Wouldn't use or recommend them. read more

Based upon the suggestion from Home Depot, we had Euroview install a glass shower enclosure in our home. Since then, we have had the glass shower door literally EXPLODE twice over the years. I just got off the phone with Euroview, and they now want another $800 dollars to install a shower door for a THIRD time at my expense. Had I known this, I never would have used Home Depot's suggestion. The expense for my $1600 shower enclosure will now total almost $3000 due to these shower door replacements. I was told this was a "one in a million" thing, and I reminded the Euroview rep that it has now happened twice just to me. In retrospect, I should have used a different company. Now, I have to replace the door until this one explodes. read more

Customer service was terrible. They don't have any installation hours on the weekends or past 3:30 during the weekdays. They mis-measured the door glass the first time. It took over 8 weeks to get the door installed. Thank goodness we have a second shower in the house and I have a retired dad that could be here for the delivery. They did price match another quote I recieved, came down $200 but I would have never gone with them if I would have known their installation hours. read more

I contracted Euroview through Home Depot. From start to finish, I have had nothing but wonderful service from all members of their team. I had my master closet and front hall closet done with a custom layout and built ins. I worked with Taylor, she did a great job communicating with me and getting my closets fabricated and completed quickly. I should mention that she is the only female designer on their team, and when it comes to a women's closet, I was happy to work with her on design as she understood what I was looking for. My installers were Tom and Brandon, and during each install, everyone was on time and very efficient. My closets were complete in about 90 minutes. Euroview's pricing was also the best I found, it was VERY competitive compared to the other companies I contacted for quotes. I plan to work with Euroview in the future when I remodel my bathroom. I had checked into several custom glass door contractors. My choices were either cheap ready made doors or very expensive custom doors . I chose euro view because they were custom, high quality shower doors at an affordable price. It took a couple of calls to get my estimate, but once that was completed scheduling was complete and I had my custom doors installed . I have referred close friends to them . read more

We ordered a frameless shower door with Home Depot who deals with Euroview in Elmhurst,IL.This began on May 24th when we paid Home Depot for frameless shower door. We did not hear anything for 3 weeks so we decided to call Home Depot. Euroview told Home Depot that they needed their measurement form in order to proceed with the order. We had our shower installer measure and fill out the form which was faxed to Euroview from Home Depot. Two weeks later we called Euroview directly and asked how it was going. They said they did not get the fax from Home Depot. So Home Depot showed me the form that was faxed to them two weeks prior. So it was refaxed again. Two weeks later still no door. So we recalled and it would be shipped. The door came a few days later, but it belonged to someone else and was completely the wrong shower door. Our door was shipped to someone else. A few weeks later they shipped our door, but it was not a frameless door. They blamed Home Depot, and Home Depot blamed them. We returned the second door worth over $500, and received credit for it. Then we still needed a door. So we asked euroview to give us an estimate for a frameless walk-in shower door. euroview promised to give us a discount for our inconvenience. They sent out a person to measure and give us a fair price. The price came up to $980 which we know is not a fair price after all the trouble we had. Today is August 9th and we still wound up with no door. read more

I had a shower door installed today by euroview that Home Depot uses and referred. I explained exactly the type of door I was looking for to the estimator consultant from euroview and I was told that they can install it for me. I couldn't have been more clear on what I wanted and even showed the consultant my concerns with my current shower door. I was mislead with false information and I now have a new shower door that mimics exactly what I had previously. After talking to both the installer and manager they both said I got exactly what I ordered not caring that I was misinformed missed lead on the product that I wanted. I would not recommend this company to anyone with their arrogance and self righteous that their product was exactly what was presented even though it was not what I told the consultant what I wanted. read more

I would give a zero if I could! They only work from 8-3 and are not flexible in their scheduling at all! They put in a new frameless shower door and it looked terrible. The same guy came back out and made it worse! Now they have to come out again. I'm ready to have them take it out and get a refund!!!!!! We went through Home Depot to use them and the manager tried to work them and she said they were impossible ! She said they will no longer recommend them!!!! read more

They are contracted by Home Depot in the Dallas, TX area. These guys do not follow through on anything and could care less about you as a customer. I am glad I figured this out before actually spending money with them. I couldn't even get a quote/contract out of them much less a phone call. Because Home Depot only contracts with one company, you are essentially cut off from the option to select another contractor to use with Home Depot. read more

One star is too many. Installers came to my house and made their measurements. I was told it would take 1.5 weeks to build my door and then someone would contact me to install the door. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks I decided to contact them to inquire... Customer service is horrendous. I could only leave a voicemail and it took them 2 business days to get back to me. At that point, after another day of "research", they told me they had lost my order completely. One would think that after a mistake like this they might expedite another team coming to my house to re-take the measurements. But no. Instead, after that I was treated more or less like a criminal by this company. I was asked for proof of my contact via email... They took hours to send me the correct email address for correspondence... After that I was given the run-around over the phone for many hours. Unbelievable! Please do yourself a favor and find another company to build your shower door. Home Depot should not be contracting with these people. read more

never have I ever been treated the way they have treated me. they installed a glass shower and doors and they didn't install them correctly which caused a leak that ruined my drywall and tile when I called them it took forever for them to come out, when they did come out they sent two thugs that talked down to me infront of my wife to a point I had to throw them out and when I called their so called boss he promised me he would send another crew out to fix the problem fix the tile and reinstall the shower well I waited a week and the crew didn't even know about fixing tile or the shower they said they where there to take out the shower. long story short I told them to leave and now I have to go through my insurance. I wil never go through home depot again and I highly advise no one use them. three weeks of going back and forth with these people to fix a problem they caused. not to mention I had just had the whole bathroom redone including the tile now that's all ruined I had four contracters out to look at it to make sure that was the issue and all four said the shower was not installed correctly and they did damage to the tile which caused it to leak into my walls. read more
