He is extremely competent, transparent in his estimates, recommends the best options for his customers, and has a true honest work ethic that makes him stand out in the auto repair industry. Chris has been servicing my Porsche for the past two years and has always been communicative and honest throughout our business together. I've had several check engine light instances and he's squeezed me in to confirm there's no safety concerns. During Thanksgiving when we had heavy rain, my car flooded due to a seal that had failed after several years and was able to fully repair the vehicle for far less than I had feared. He also showed strong ethics, accountability, and ownership when, during a standard repair, one of his workers accidentally let the windshield go, while the wiper blade was removed, which cracked my windshield. He informed me of the issue and fully replaced my windshield at his cost. While some might assume this should be standard business practice, it is unfortunately rare, in practice. For all of these reasons, Chris deserves my business. If you choose to trust him with your business, it will be one of the best decisions you'll make. read more

I used to take my car into the Mercedes dealership when I first started driving it, as was recommended by the dealership. Well as you all probably know that was my first mistake. I would periodically get my oil changed and have certain upkeep done but when it started getting to $2000 dollars for just minor upkeep, I decided to find another place. Thank the Lord I found Eurosport. First off, they have a near 5 star rating on Yelp, which is a first time for me seeing a mechanic have that rating. It's a good sized team but I only met Chris, the owner iirc who drives a Mercedes himself. At least he did before I'm not sure about now. Secondly, the price is always such a good deal, no dealership surprises. Eurosport lets you know what's going on, they let you know what attention is needed now, what can wait til later, and what is going great. Green, yellow, and red. I find that system to be extremely useful and easy to understand. Lastly the location is awesome because I grew up in the South Bay and I love to see the local neighborhood I spent so much time in. Granted the place is a little on the small side compared to say a dealership but it's more than enough for the job to be done. I took my BMW M8 here (I love that car! See pic) -- Chris & his Team at Eurosport were nothing short of phenomenal. Chris was super knowledgable, up front and HONEST (as everybody in his reviews says), willing to work with me through a long process with insurance and through all the standard speed bumps that a large job entails (full front differential and transfer case replacement), but honestly in the end, one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had and I felt like I had a friend in the trenches with me getting it done, and for a fair price that we spoke through up front so there were no surprises. I had firstly gone to another spot nearby in Hermosa Beach (high reviews too!) and they not only were going to charge me almost 25% more than Chris at Eurosport, but had not fully diagnosed the problem correctly... they would have charged me $7,000 then turned around and had to double it. The guy working there had some of the poorest attitude / customer service I've ever experienced (and I am like the nicest guy on earth) I just did not like his energy so I pivoted and went to Eurosport, and thank GOODNESS I did. Seriously night and day experiences. I not only will continue bringing my own cars to Chris, but will recommend him to anybody who is looking for the services he provides... including with high end BMWs like mine. I have used Chris for several years to service my cars. However, things went terribly wrong this time. I brought my BMW X4 in for the 40k service. He performed an oil service and changed the brake pads plus a few other minor things. As soon as I left, I noticed the brakes were squeaking some but not too bad. A couple weeks later I started hearing a strange noise coming from the rear of the car so I took it back to get looked at. I left it there for a full day only to discover he didn't have time to look at it. I brought it back for a second time the next week and he couldn't figure out what the noise was and said he wanted me to bring it back the following week and that he would call me to make appt. He also said nothing was a safety issue. Well, I never heard from him and a few weeks later, the rear wheel fell off the car while I was driving!! I had to have it towed to the shop. Chris was very apologetic and he did everything he could to make things right. It seems the wheel fell off because one of his workers didn't put it back on correctly. I had to leave my car for another two weeks while he fixed all the damage from the wheel falling off. He paid for both the tow and fixing the car and again was very apologetic. I was happy to get my car back finally and was a bit traumatized by all of it. I immediately noticed the brakes still squeaking. It's now a few months later and my brake fluid service light came on so I took it to the dealer to get everything properly checked. I discovered he used after market brake pads and this was the reason the brakes squeaked. I ended up getting the brake pads and disc replaced with factory parts to get them to stop squeaking and of course had to pay for this again at the dealer price! I am so disappointed in the money I lost for the first brake job by this shop and I'm still traumatized by the wheel falling off. I'm leaving this review because I don't want anyone else to experience what I did. read more

I don't live in California and was purchasing in Cali from out of state and need a Pre Purchase Inspection. I contacted EuroSport and spoke with Chris. They were able to get my car the same when others were scheduled a week out. Chris let me know as soon as the vehicle showed up at his shop and sent videos every step of the way. I have a family member that drives a BMW. His check engine light seemed to come on whenever he was on the freeway. Also, the car seemed to be burning oil on the inside of the vehicle. I recently had a message on my dashboard during ignition about my coolant being low. I immediately drove to Eurosport and popped in. Chris immediately checked the coolant level, saw it was a little low so he put the car up on the lift to inspwct for damage/leak. I had my 500 sl Mercedes serviced a number of times and thought we had had a one time lasting trusting relationship. When I sent my car in for an oil change after stopping buy and noticing which cars on the lift. Within hours I came back to get my car when he said it was ready. The oil change sticker on my my car had changed nothing else. Same cars on the lift. Impossible. He admitted he never did the oil change. That is fraud and I should have gone to the police station but let it go. I feel sorry for those that trust he is not honest and does that a lot I am sure. read more
