I took my BMW M8 here (I love that car! See pic) -- Chris & his Team at Eurosport were nothing short of phenomenal. Chris was super knowledgable, up front and HONEST (as everybody in his reviews says), willing to work with me through a long process with insurance and through all the standard speed bumps that a large job entails (full front differential and transfer case replacement), but honestly in the end, one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had and I felt like I had a friend in the trenches with me getting it done, and for a fair price that we spoke through up front so there were no surprises. I had firstly gone to another spot nearby in Hermosa Beach (high reviews too!) and they not only were going to charge me almost 25% more than Chris at Eurosport, but had not fully diagnosed the problem correctly... they would have charged me $7,000 then turned around and had to double it. The guy working there had some of the poorest attitude / customer service I've ever experienced (and I am like the nicest guy on earth) I just did not like his energy so I pivoted and went to Eurosport, and thank GOODNESS I did. Seriously night and day experiences. I not only will continue bringing my own cars to Chris, but will recommend him to anybody who is looking for the services he provides... including with high end BMWs like mine. I have used Chris for several years to service my cars. However, things went terribly wrong this time. I brought my BMW X4 in for the 40k service. He performed an oil service and changed the brake pads plus a few other minor things. As soon as I left, I noticed the brakes were squeaking some but not too bad. A couple weeks later I started hearing a strange noise coming from the rear of the car so I took it back to get looked at. I left it there for a full day only to discover he didn't have time to look at it. I brought it back for a second time the next week and he couldn't figure out what the noise was and said he wanted me to bring it back the following week and that he would call me to make appt. He also said nothing was a safety issue. Well, I never heard from him and a few weeks later, the rear wheel fell off the car while I was driving!! I had to have it towed to the shop. Chris was very apologetic and he did everything he could to make things right. It seems the wheel fell off because one of his workers didn't put it back on correctly. I had to leave my car for another two weeks while he fixed all the damage from the wheel falling off. He paid for both the tow and fixing the car and again was very apologetic. I was happy to get my car back finally and was a bit traumatized by all of it. I immediately noticed the brakes still squeaking. It's now a few months later and my brake fluid service light came on so I took it to the dealer to get everything properly checked. I discovered he used after market brake pads and this was the reason the brakes squeaked. I ended up getting the brake pads and disc replaced with factory parts to get them to stop squeaking and of course had to pay for this again at the dealer price! I am so disappointed in the money I lost for the first brake job by this shop and I'm still traumatized by the wheel falling off. I'm leaving this review because I don't want anyone else to experience what I did. read more

I don't live in California and was purchasing in Cali from out of state and need a Pre Purchase Inspection. I contacted EuroSport and spoke with Chris. They were able to get my car the same when others were scheduled a week out. Chris let me know as soon as the vehicle showed up at his shop and sent videos every step of the way. I've had a number of PPIs done but none this complete. Chris made recommendations on what needed to be serviced or replaced right away and what could wait. Chris, the owner, is honest, seems highly knowledgeable , explains things well and has fair prices. I always take my Porsche 911 2017 to him for service and repairs. I recently had a message on my dashboard during ignition about my coolant being low. I immediately drove to Eurosport and popped in. Chris immediately checked the coolant level, saw it was a little low so he put the car up on the lift to inspwct for damage/leak. I had my 500 sl Mercedes serviced a number of times and thought we had had a one time lasting trusting relationship. When I sent my car in for an oil change after stopping buy and noticing which cars on the lift. Within hours I came back to get my car when he said it was ready. The oil change sticker on my my car had changed nothing else. Same cars on the lift. Impossible. He admitted he never did the oil change. Just moved to South Bay from Los Angeles where we had been using the same independent Mercedes mechanic for about 10 years. But with that 405 there is no way we can make the trek up there anymore unfortunately so I needed to find a new mechanic. Took our GLK250 Bluetec Diesel in to have Chris look at it based on recommendations that the dealer had given me. He agreed with the dealer on the car needing from brakes, but after cleaning up the undercarriage and having me come back in for a recheck he was unable to find the "mystery" leak that the dealer suspected I had. Recently I purchased my dream surf/camp car-- a 1983 Mercedes w123 300TD wagon fixer-upper. I was a little self-conscious bringing it to any shop due to the scope of repairs I knew it needed (I've been scoffed at before), but Chris immediately got down to business quoting for the needed service items on the battle wagon. His prices are very fair out of the gate, and he treated my project with dignity and honesty that one doesn't always experience these days. As with any complex overhaul scenario, there will inevitably be a few kinks to work out. Chris welcomed the car back to work out a few more bugs, and to dive into phase 2: a full HVAC overhaul.
