There was no written contract and no gentlemans agreement. Sometimes in business you get a sale sometimes you dont. There are plenty of signmakers ourt there but avoid this lot.

We desperately needed to wash clothes, and did not have coins for the machines. She graciously gave us change and showed us how to use the big machines so that we could get washing done as quickly as possible. My husband was largely in control as I has a blow dry appointment a few blocks away. He could never have done things so speedily if she hadn't guided him through it. She was WONDERFUL and the facility was so clean and well organized. This wonderful English town has a gem in the Laundry Quarter. We were spoiled as our second laundry experience in another town a week later, was not nearly as good. We sure hope The Laundry Quarter is still open next year when we come back!

Quick…read moreto take our money upfront but when we informed them one of our storage containers hadn't been packed properly and I had pictures and videos to show them, I was basically shut down by two individuals who I believe are family owners. The guys who delivered were great and did their job, but unfortunately our belongings put into their storage were not treated with respect and the packing service wasn't completed. If compensation or ownership of this was given I would not be writing this review. It's seems they're not too happy with being given feedback with a negative connotation and certainly not interested in putting things right. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend Lambs to family and friends in the area.

They were clear on the date of arrival and the service that would be provided. Everything arrived in one piece and in good time, they are always easy to get hold of. I was very happy as I was unable to get such clarification and a good price from any other 'well-known' courier service. I would definitely use again.
