Quick…read moreto take our money upfront but when we informed them one of our storage containers hadn't been packed properly and I had pictures and videos to show them, I was basically shut down by two individuals who I believe are family owners. The guys who delivered were great and did their job, but unfortunately our belongings put into their storage were not treated with respect and the packing service wasn't completed. If compensation or ownership of this was given I would not be writing this review. It's seems they're not too happy with being given feedback with a negative connotation and certainly not interested in putting things right. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend Lambs to family and friends in the area.

On arriving I was told that another appointment as they needed to do a diagnostic? I queried this and they said as they weren't a Genius Bar they did things differently. They need to send the IPhone off for a diagnostic test at a charge of £39. I guess not Western Computers fault but they are listed on the Apple Website as an alternative to the Genius Bar and I booked the appointment through the Apple site as the store in Bristol had no appointments. My annoyance was there is no mention when booking that they can't deal with things on site and they make a charge for something I can get for free at an Apple Store. A wasted journey.
