I brought in a large sofa cushion to…read morehave the zip replaced as it was broken, I was in a hurry to get it done so I looked past her manner which wasn't the friendliest. Paid a deposit of £10 and we discussed how the material may have shrunk in the wash causing the zip to not close even if fixed. Days later she called and said she had tried two new zips but both had broken. Again not friendly, demanded the £15 before I could leave with the cushion that looked untouched from when I had dropped it off. Said she'd charge the full £25 to do it again (currently working with Citizen Advice to have her investigated). Outrageous to pay £25 and see no change. Found another lovely Tailor that changed the pull on the zip and only charged £5. Discussing it with the second Tailor, clearly the quality of the zips the original Tailor used was poor and that's why they kept breaking, if she did do anything to the cushion in the first place. I would never return and would not recommend.

I used the services of Tailor Made last year when I lost some weight, in my wisdom I decided to get…read moremy clothes altered rather than buy new ones, I took Jeans and trousers mainly, they did a brilliant job, you'd never know they've been tailored, we also took a jacket that i'd bought my fella which was too big and they also did a fantastic job on that. I find that tailorong services are few and far between so I was really chuffed to find this place, the staff were really pleasant, they're well set up and also do dry cleaning, well worth remembering.
