Shelly (hello, name twin!) was extremely prompt in getting back to us with a quote and even after me not responding for almost a week, she was able to schedule me next day at the time I asked! She also made sure to check in with me during and after the cleaning. Tammy is who did our cleaning, and she went above and beyond my expectations! She was extremely hard working and also very fun and pleasant to have. We were changing our door locks while she was cleaning, and even though she had already completely cleaned the floors in the room we were drilling and making a new mess (boo us), she came back and cleaned up after us! The previous owners left behind a distinct pet smell, and that is well gone. They also left behind a lot of junk items in the closets and cabinets. She made sure to ask in each room what was ours or if there was anything we wanted to keep and actually cleared out everything for us! I definitely recommend and will be using them again!

Unbelievable customer service and attention to detail at every stage. We have two dogs and a baby, and we're selling our house. I got a reasonable quote within hours and scheduled a deep clean the next morning. M&S set great expectations and even sent me their checklist. They arrived on time, and did absolutely everything agreed upon -- the upstairs carpets were thoroughly cleaned, and they wiped down every baseboard, every door, every shutter, and every photo in the house. I plan to use Mary & Sol at least once a year from now on. Absolutely incredible women and an unbelievable job done. Would 100% recommend.

True to their word, they were on the job by 8:30AM and did not leave until 1AM the next morning - they worked for 16.5 hours. That is truly amazing customer service, to say the least. I was not at the property the entire day, but Allison stayed in close touch with me throughout the entire process by phone and text. She provided updates and was honest about any trouble spots encountered. They went the extra mile to clean things with my family in mind, knowing that we needed the best presentation for interested buyers. I highly recommend MDS Cleaning Service and would definitely request their services again.
