They were offering a free sink with countertop purchase when I was there. I did not find granite that I absolutely loved, but that was not an issue because they work with multiple other granite providers near the airport and in Ybor. Perfect! I found many granite options at those providers, and they marked off which pieces I loved, and they sent the information directly to Marsha. Marsha contacted me via email, and together we ruled out which granite was clearly not in my budget, then she worked up pricing for the remaining four. One of my favorites was left, and that's the one I went with. She set a date for two weeks out for installation due to their busy schedule. Her team showed up on time, and got right to work. My countertops turned out even more beautiful than I could have dreamed. The installers did have an issue once they drilled the hole where the faucet should go (cabinet was in the way), which I wish they had mentioned to me ahead of time, instead of me finding out about the issue only when my plumber showed up to install my faucet, but that was the only hiccup. I appreciate how prompt all correspondence was with Marsha and Savitre, the other office staff member, and I highly recommend them to anybody looking to enhance their home with new granite countertops.

After looking at tons of other granite we found a completely different type that we fell in love with. This other place also told us that they checked all of their suppliers and they couldn't find another slab like the one we wanted. We went back to Elegant Touch right then and there. Within 5 minutes, Elegant Touch had located a slab like the one we wanted, actually, it was several times more attractive than the original. That was two weeks ago and we now have our new granite countertop. If you are looking for granite, look no further. If they don't have what you want in stock, they can find it for you. Every other place we looked gave us nothing but excuses, Elegant Touch gave us nothing but quality service and breath taking granite!

I came home and saw what you did, and I am in AWE!  Our counters are artwork that makes us smile every day and throughout the day.  Your business ethic is above and beyond. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and God bless all of you! Our counters are beautiful and so much better than we imagined them to be. We went to 3 fabricators prior to going to Tampa Bay Marble and Granite. We spent a lot of time in the process with those 3 fabricators, and none of them called us back after the fact.  I figured that the companies are too busy due to the recent hurricanes.  When we went to Tampa Bay Marble and Granite, we felt like we were their only customer with the time that they spent with us and the constant connection they maintained with us. Upon our first contact with Raphael, we were so relaxed and became confident that this process will be so much better than the other three.  He was so kind and upbeat.  With the help of Marcella, we actually decided on an even more beautiful counter that we initially thought would be out of our price range.  Every stop along the way, each person we met through the process was kind and patient with us.  The focus on detail and making sure it was everything we loved was as if they were making counters for themselves. When we went to view the layout prior to actual fabrication, we were all laughing together.  A nice memory for us. Such wonderful people.  Initially, we thought we would have to have a seam due to the length of the bar area; however, Marcella found a better way to lay it all out so there would not be a seam there.  It was an enjoyable experience.  We told our contractor to recommend you first if he needed to find a fabricator for customers.  He was impressed with the results of the counter also, and I was glad he got to meet Marcelo. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Paul and Anne-Marie

Last year due to a family member's health issue in the middle of a remodel I decided I give them a second chance to do bathroom counter top and new thresholds for showers. First they wanted to bill me for 2 counter tops instead of one. My paper work says the product is quartz and when I contacted them to say the countertop was damaged I was told it was quarzite. I was told they would never have told me it was quartz. Well in fact they did and my receipt says the same thing. The backsplash was most likely broken in front of my house because of the amount of time they spent outside with it. They glued it together and just installed without saying anything to me. I asked a couple of times for corrected paperwork with at least the correct name of the product used. To date never received it the corrected paperwork and this was almost a year ago.
