I am now working on my second project with Will Pelaez and Willow Wood Hardwood Flooring. The…read morefirst project was in the Euclid/St. Paul's area of St. Petersburg. WWHF took the original flooring in a 1920's home we were rehabbing and made the floors the best part of the project. This new project in Tarpon Springs was much more complicated. The floors were engineered hardwood and other vendors had already claimed that the work could not be done. Along comes Will, and he assures me that there will be no problem. Because of my previous experience with Will, I hire him to do the job. In the back of my mind, I'm still wondering if I haven't just made a BIG mistake in expecting anyone to succeed in this task. I can now say that Will made a liar out of the other guys, and has a new biggest fan! If you are not calling Will Pelaez to come and take care of your hardwood flooring needs, chances are you are not getting enough value for your remodeling dollars!

(Krysta you rock) Being a Realtor and knowing the importance of a great kitchen remodel (master bathroom cabinet painting too-I was ready to lighten up ), I was nice/ but pretty tough on Gary with tons of questions before I chose to work with him and his team. He wasn't inexpensive but he and his team exceeded my expectations. Good communication, very good processes in place and excellent quality control.
