This was a big job and had to be split up into two days. Chris gave us a fair quote, scheduled the two days, kept in contact with us, and notified us when he was on his way. Chris dove in and did all of the work himself; cleaning, spreading the sand and wetting it in, and then putting on a thick coat of sealer. The difference from before and after was amazing! Johnny is a skilled craftsman, the custom woodwork he did is beautiful and just what I asked for. They were a pleasure to have in our home during construction and left the space immaculate each day. We did not hesitate to hire DUCS for our garage conversion. Once again we had the pleasure of Johnny as our carpenter, and consistently excellent subcontractors.
