When I buy a plant from Ace, I feel pretty confident it is healthy and I can keep it alive. I always buy my soil and fertilizer here too. The plant pots here can be quite pricey, so I sometimes buy them elsewhere. Prices here can sometimes be higher than the big chain hardware stores, but sometimes lower. Depends on the item. One thing I buy here that they have the best price on is canning supplies. I make my own jams and jellies and Ace usually has the jars on sale.

Lady says $100 bucks flat for labor. I made a comment that was pretty expensive, she says where else are you gonna get same day service and this was a labor charge. That means her mechanic gets over $300 an hour labor?? RIDICULOUS! I should have waited a day and took it to Tommy's Mower repair who I usually use but they are closed on Mondays. Pros: --very nice community, clean and well kept…read moregrounds--maintenance is quick for handling request--all staff interactions have been friendly and pleasant(different staff than what other comments state)--modern appliances that work as intended, attached garage floorplans--convenient location--cheap water--I4 trash pickup has replaced Valet trash which was terrible(used them at previous apartment complex) Cons: --thin walls and you will hear neighbor's kids running around and/or yelling if you're unlucky enough to have upstairs neighbors--parking is first come first serve and it's highly recommended to get a garage which will have a parking spot in front of it as well--tow trucks regularly patrol and will tow cars not abiding by the parking policy, so make sure guests are informed and utilize visitor spots(never had an issue with guests utilizing visitor spots over night)--hard water I do recommend this complex. I've primarily communicated with Ashley who was recently promoted to assistant property manager and is very nice and willing to help, and Summer the previous property manager. The new property manager(can't remember his name) seems nice and willing to help through the one interaction I've had with him so far. Maintenance has been very kind as well.
