Sorry Jocelyn i won't come again. you last a customer. couple things i will mention about the barber and business: 1-the barber was rushing herself although she should go with the process and do/perform what is included in the service you are paying for. 2-when you rush yourself you forgot what to do and what is pending etc. after wash and condition she completely forgot to dry the water inside ears and it was bothering me a lot. you need to do your job properly when you have been signed to it. 3-Rinse and style is included then you should do it, you don't need to ask client either the client wants or not because when client was signing up for this service it means the client know what to expect. Again, after rinse lots of ears in the ears, again did not bother herself to dry them. 4-hot towel finish, believe me she just put the hot towel on my neck and within 2-3 seconds she took it back and throw it away. I'm not sure why she was in that much rush 5- when i signed up for medium skin fade, it means medium skin fade, bottom should be shaved and a smooth transition all the way up. at the end i asked her when she normally use that shaver( i pointed to it) she said we use it for fade, i said you did not use it today, she mentioned i have to pay 7 bucks extra for that. i said OK. when i came to pay my bill. i asked the lady at the counter, she provided some useless explanation, i said it does not make any sense. and if you guys want extra charge for this. then it should be very clearly mentioned in the service that if you(customer) wants to go with 2 or 3 zero skin fade then it is included in the service fee but if you want to use shaver (which normally other barbers use without charge as it is part of the skin fade) then you need you mention it clearly that there will be extra charge for that. beside that last two times i had paid extra 7bucks for back of neck shave but she never used shaver for the fade because she used blade to shave my neck then how come this confused information passed to a client will help him to decide to do what.

Without disappointment, he received the hair out he requested and looking forward to returning. I am very faithful to the people that give me and others, great service. I've been going to the same nail technician for over 9 years (she just retired recently) and gotten my hair done by the same lady for almost 20 years.
