I walked in and someone greeted me, I told them that who I was looking for. I waited nearly 5 minutes till he came. He told me that the other barber is good and that he is too busy to cut my hair. His attitude and response was very harsh and unwelcoming. I have never been greeted with such horrible customer service. As someone who owns their own business, you never turn away a customer no matter how busy you are. I was looking forward to this place, as of now I will never refer nor go there.

From the moment we walked in, we felt completely at home. My son is a grown Ugandan man, and I'm a 71-year-old white man--clearly very different styles, hair textures, and needs. That kind of confidence and welcome says everything. Warm, professional, and truly inclusive. Highly recommend.

I for the first time, brought my tablet and showed him a pic of my hair a bit shorter, like I've been getting for years, very simple cut. He STILL effed up my hair. He never said a word the whole time; no smile even after payment. Should have taken this rude-faced incompetent to small claims court. But I'm a very nice person, so I didn't. I think this guy has serious mental issues. Actually had some big fancy glass cabinet setup, with antique barber implements inside. That, I've never seen in any barbers before.
