Worst place, worst staff and worst hair cut Unprofessional staff who needs to learn manners rather then getting experience on robbing kids. I would be inclined to zero star this place, as I can't seem to get a cut there, but it actually looks like it might be pretty good if they were at all organized. They opened up just recently around the corner from where I live so it's super convenient. I've been driving to Burnaby for my hair cuts, and am now looking for something closer to home. Upon walking in, it looks pretty good; they've got a bunch of televisions beaming different sports channels, comfy looking waiting area, and it's all nice and new and clean. One of the workers promptly sees to me at the front and since I've never been there before asks me to fill out a new customer form. Jot down my details, after which she tells me it won't be long maybe fifteen minutes so please have a seat. Waited an HOUR. No wonder they have a comfy waiting area! They don't take appointments, so you kinda get what you get when you walk in. Finally I just have to go, so I silently just walk out, no cut. Come back today, same drill. Fill out the form again, told fifteen minutes again, this time I wait 45 minutes before I notice the guy who walked in after me is getting his name called and I'm still waiting. I mention this to one of the workers, she gives me the typical "oops, so sorry, won't be long." I don't know what I expected her to do or say; what's done is done. Walk out, again no cut. I possibly wouldn't mind waiting if they had simply told me that there would be a considerable wait, so I could make an informed decision based on my schedule, but to tell people "Just 15 minutes" then seat them for however long, just to get them in the door and get their money is both rude and disrespectful of their time. I called from my car to voice all this to the manager, but she had stepped out, and the girl on the phone actually hung up on me! That's why I drive to Burnaby, I suppose. What a horribly run business; I don't expect they'll be around long if their etiquette and acumen surrounding customers doesn't improve quickly. read more

Great place to get a haircut. I've seen the other reviews on here and while I can understand that it's not fun sometimes if you have to wait, if you plan ahead and go at a time that's not during peak hours you're gonna be very happy. There are some wonderful stylists that work here. read more

First time being there, filling our the tablet at the front counter they asked who do you want to cut your hair, anyone I said as I did not know anyone. I noticed while I was waiting one lady was so kind and friendly and had the same name as me, thought I would ask for her. but as someone else was ready I asked if I could go with that person, at first the girl said ok. While waiting I notice that she went to go tell the lady what I requested, she looked impatient, miserable, and while walking to the counter to read what I said, that I said anyone, by then she looked pissed off and told the girl to put me with so n so girl. WOW while other patrons were waiting the attitude she present was un professional and rude if anyone else saw her expressions. she could have handled that a lot more professional and explained her self. Never judge a person by there kindness cover, my goodness nice on the out side but watch out. The girl that did my hair was young, nice and my hair cut was good, The MVP extra, was not really worth the extra money, hot cloth on the face wash the hair 45 second scalp massage if that, back to the chair with a vibrator on my shoulder for maybe 30 seconds, Not worth it, it might be better next time. see for your self. Would rate this shop higher if I could. it is an amazing experience you get at Sport clips, I had a Free haircut coupon so i thought i might as well try it out, not only did i get a free haircut i also got a free massaging shampoo and a neck/shoulder massage, I took my boy in as well he won't go anywhere else now. All the stylists were very friendly and welcoming, definitely felt like a MVP and definitely will be coming back! read more

I went to get my sons hair cut, the stylist was busy with a client, she was friendly and had told me to sign in and someone would be right with me. A second stylist came out asked me if i had signed in, I assumed she was coming to help us, she proceeded through the door and when asked said she was going to Starbucks (assuming her break), then a third stylist came out and obviously I'm going to think she is coming to help us and she walked right by and out the door as well. I decided to leave since the first stylist was busy and the other 2 didn't seem to notice paying customers. As i go to my car the stylist is hanging out with a friend in the parking lot. I understand people have breaks, but since they both came from the back with only 1 client in the store, I wouldn't imagine all breaks are at the same time ignoring your clients waiting. Not a good first experience for a new client with a household of 5 men/boys when looking for haircuts. read more
