Prices aren't bad, it's definitely a bar setting, don't know if I would recommend it for families with little ones. It's a pretty clean place, dim lighting (it's bar lighting), and the food was good. I've had EuroGyro Pizza on and off since 1990. The quality has been the same all these years. My advice? Get a pizza and try it. The Greek pizza is awesome. You will either like it or you won't. But I have to tell you, you will always get the same pie, which is what I love. The consistency over all these years is insane to me. better than national chains, but not as good as Lucci's. This is quite literally my first yelp review. I have been to this establishment 20 times in 2023. We came in after an admittedly fun night out. My friend ordered food with my card, and the short female bartender with short hair said I needed my twin brother's ID. I joked that she knew us, but she persisted. Which is fair. I get my brother from their pool table. He comes to the bar within, quite literally, 10 seconds, and shows her his ID. The bartender comes to me and says something, along the line off, don't ever expect fast service again. Let me stress. I HAVE NEVER left a negative yelp review. I worked 3 years in customer service, including a year of serving at Olive Garden, and currently work in sales. I take pride in my customer service, and this statement was the polar opposite. This is a dramatic post; I'll admit, And the bartender was probably having a stressful night. The curly haired bartender is mean. At about 2 am she took our order and me and a friend ordered drinks. At 2:15 am they called "last call" which to me means no more serving/buying alcohol soon. A little hole in the wall but a great place. This was my first time here, but my husband usually grabs takeout from here for us when we are in the "what's for dinner?" mood. Good food. We always looked forward to visiting when we were in town. This last visit to Ohio we actually went there twice. Our second order was take out, and food was forgotten. It was the night before we headed home and didn't want to make the 20 minute trip there and 20 mins back for one sandwich. We called and let them know and asked them to adjust our credit card for the missing sandwich. After 4 attempts to get our money for food we paid for and failed to get (they admitted it was sitting right there and forgotten on their end) we will remove this location from our favorites. I shambled into EuroGyro at midnight, looking for a bite to eat. They have an extensive list of non-traditional gyros available, so being in Rome amongst Romans, I went with the Cajun chicken gyro. I ordered a beer (pretty cheap to my eyes) to sip whilst awaiting my order and enjoyed the karaoke offerings. My food was out quick, the staff was very nice, and I liked the look of the joint, too. This is my go to place for guilty pleasure food. If calories didn't exist, there isn't much better than a calzone, pepperoni pizza or gyro from EuroGyro. And there certainly isn't anything better than a pepperoni roll from here. It's top notch. I kind of want to order one as I write this review. If you're looking for upscale, this isn't your place, and others are right, delivery can be slow. But it is what it is- A college town joint that serves great bar food and stays open way later than any bar downtown. This is a great place for both food and drink, it's also open extremely late most nights, and it's delivery service is just incomparable. I've gotten 10-20 pizzas this year and I haven't waited more than an hour on any of them, most get here in 45 minutes. This is the first bad review I've written on Yelp. We ordered delivery and got 2 gyros (one euro and one chicken), 2 greek salads (with feta), and 2 pita and hummus. We opened our delivery to see two gyros missing cucumber sauce, no feta on our greek salads (provolone was substituted without asking) our gyros with no feta (the eurogyro comes with it), and two small dressing cups with hummus and a quarter of a pita each. To top it all off, a chunk of undercooked hamburger was in one of the Greek salads. Like someone took a bite out of a hamburger and spat it under the lettuce of our salad (I attached a pic). The order (quoted 45 minutes) took an hour and 20 minutes. I called to complain about the food and was told they would give me 2 free cups of cucumber sauce next time. Seriously. They come with it. That's like ordering a pizza and them forgetting the cheese and being credited a handful of mozzarella on my next order. The feta-they were out but no one called to ask when I ordered 3 items with it. The random, disgusting meat under the salad was ignored with an 'i don't know how that happened.' I line of people were waiting to order, when a lady didn't feel she needed to wait, went around to the bar side and placed her order immediately. No huge deal, I placed our order afterwards. We waited forever. When the guy who ordered 2 pizzas, who was two customers behind us in line got his order, we walked up and asked her about our one medium pizza. She walked to the back, came out with it. Handed it to us and said, "Sorry." I realize college students are the ones who keep the doors open, but every customer should be greeted and treated with respect, whether they are frequent visitors or just a middle-aged couple in town for a birthday celebration. Buyer beware. Ordered food tonight through Euro Gyro website. Apparently it defaults to delivery through Door Dash. Our order arrived stapled shut, so Door Dash delivered what they picked up. Our order was short 2 orders of jojos. Called 3 different times and all they did was say we had to contact Door Dash. Not sure how this is Door Dash's fault when they were not given the proper order to start with. All they want to do is blame others for their mistakes. So sad we always loved them, not anymore. Although the food here is good, the service sucks. I cannot tell you the number of times this restaurant / bar has taken forever and a day bring the food out of the back because of some incompetence. Very often when it does come out in time, the kitchen staff is zombiesque and isn't friendly at all. The bartenders who take the orders seem cordial, but no one is "friendly and inviting". The flies could be less friendly, because they are always hanging around to greet you. Now, having said all of that, I know this place is what it is, but name recognition alone isn't going to sustain you in this day and age.
