I just got my APR Stage 1 installed (finally!) on my car and it was overall a great experience. David and Greg were cool with chat with - very informative about everything Audi and VW. The waiting room was cool because they had a TV and a DVD player to let the time pass (even though I wasn't waiting too long). David was also very helpful when showing me how to you the new software. After the install, David, Greg and I were talking about upcoming porjects they had for my car's generation, which I'm looking forward to purchasing. Been in the VW community for a long time. I used to like and trust these guys, but no longer. I went in for a maintenance fix on my A/C. It was expensive but i sucked it up. Here's what went wrong. 1) they drove my vehicle over 20 miles and did not disclose this to me. further, they took it to another shop to get the job done and didn't tell me. i can forgive this. 2) when i was told my vehicle was ready, the car wouldn't go into first gear. they said "we thought it was like that when you brought it in." Why would I bring in a vehicle that can't get into first gear? then they subsequently told me i broke it, that I don't know how to drive and that i had worn out the synchro and it coincidentally broke under their watch. then they quoted me over $3,500 to replace it with a new tranny. they looked at the short shifter THEY had previously installed and said "no, the linkage is not adjustable on this. definitely your synchro is broken. just mash it in third, then first, you can get home" they pat me on the back and said good luck getting home. and that was it. didn't even offer a tow, help, or anything. I had to drive home up many hills in second and it was a bit risky since I would almost stall out on steep inclines. several weeks later while i'm out of a vehicle, i find another mechanic for second opinion. They fix the linkage issue for $100. Thanks EuroCode for breaking my linkage and then blaming it on the customer. Then thanks for leaving me to hobble home on first gear and letting me know "it happens all the time". I also wrote them letting them know they were responsible for damages and me being out of a vehicle for weeks. They never replied. Good thing I didn't trust them and ask them to replace a transmission for $3,500. Can't believe they didn't even know they could adjust the linkage on the part they installed. Don't go here. It's for people with a load of money to throw at their vehicles. read more

1. I've been a customer of Eurocode for a while. The overall is that they have done consistent reliable work. That says A LOT in the first-place. 2. I recently went in for a repair regarding a leaking Air Mass Meter Hose, lots of items to disconnect, recalibrate and reconnect correctly (that is what you pay for folks). Plus I needed an oil change too. 3. While it took a while, it got done. However I still had issues with some more mildly leaking vacuum lines. Explaining my ride (Audi TT 225hp) is primarily a driver, they did a strategic adjustment and it worked fine. I later brought it back in to more correctly asses & fix the issues that would have prevented my car from passing emissions. They had the car, did this-or-that and then called me later & just told me to come grab the car WITH PASSING EMISSION. I went to the smog center, retested, and passed. This crew is highly skilled in their areas of focus and I HIGHLY recommend them for honest reliable repairs. I even tried to tip them and they refused it. I can honestly say they really know VW and Audi. I have dealt with them many times and my experience has always been positive. I first went there just because they were right up the street from my work and all I wanted was an APR stage 1 flash for my ECU. On a later date I made the drive from Orange County to have Eurocode install my full exhaust (tbe) system and update the software and the labor was very reasonable. Dave was also nice enough to take a call from me at 9:00 pm when he was out eating dinner to answer a question I had. read more

They suggested a diagnostic which was $160.00 so I had a friend drop my A8l off and see what they could find. After a song and a dance back and forth, they said it had a ground short *somewhere* in the system and it could run upwards of $480.00 on top of the $160. So I had my friend OK the service. I received a call 2 days later saying they didn't have time for my car, and they would keep the service open, yadda yadda. It's been 2 weeks now and I haven't heard anything back. All of this was somewhat acceptable. What was REALLY bad is they did not put paper protection in the floorboards. So the vehicle had grease spots from dirty boots all on the trim and carpet. ALSO, they parked my car under a tree without benefit of a car cover and it cost me $200.00 to have my detailer re-clay the roof and hood and trunk as their was bird shit and hard nuggets of whatever comes off Eucalyptus trees and it would have ruined my paint. They also left the passenger side fuse panel cover on the floor, along with a dirty shop towel. I have the invoice from my detailer if I thought it would do any good, however, I would probably lose more money fighting them over $200.00 than it would be just to eat it. Don't take your car there, it's just a bunch of kids that only want to play with "cool" cars, and they do not even have good mechanic etiquette. read more

I have a 2016 Tiguan R-Line and was looking for some upgrades...Chris took the time to speak with me about what I was looking for and I had some technical questions for him and he was able to answer them. He greeted me and was very kind and friendly with me. He helped guide me to the right products got me reasonable pricing. I ended up getting a stage 2 for my Tiguan. And it's amazing and even more fun to drive! Also I picked up better gas mileage with the extra horsepower! I'm now getting 30-70 miles extra per a tank! I found Eurocode on Yelp and they were recommended on multiple forums for APR flashing and everything else they do. I brought my MKV GTI to Chris for a Stage 1 flash and he was super helpful over email and I had it done the next day. Then I put in an order for an intake, downpipe and catback and on Chris' advice a high pressure fuel pump. The order arrived early and again, I went in the very next day and everything was installed, the car has been running amazingly ever since and I'll definitely be going back to sort out some suspension soon! read more

What a place. I need a computer fixing on my 2011 Jetta and the guy (never even care to ask for his name, stupid me) not only fixed the error but other computer errors not showing. And on top of that, he got my windows rolling open and close with my remote control key. After he was done, I asked how much do I owe him and he said there was no charge $ because the job took less than five minutes. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE? The place is run with total professionalism and courteous people. When I got there I thought I was in Audi heaven. We talked about lowering my Jetta and he assured me it will ride like factory. Dave and the guys were great. They were great to talk to while I had my car tinted at Eurovision. Then Dave convinced me to have my car flashed to APR Stage 1. He had a windshield decal put on my car as well as sick license plate insert on my car. Then allowed me to park my car at his booth at Fastivus 2015 the next day. I had drove down from Sacramento the same day and my car wasn't finished getting tint till after 8pm, which was when Dave did the quick flash for my car. Eurocode used to be legit but they have gone downhill. The owner used to do custom tunes and provide excellent customer service but now that a couple mags have written about them they think they can do whatever they want. The staff lied to me, wasted my time, and tried to sucker me out of more money, then the owner yelled at me on the phone when I finally was able to reach him. If you want to deal with people who have no ethics and customer service you will like this place. Otherwise steer clear. read more

DON'T EVER go here! These guys are crooks! They act helpful but they're back stabbing greedy 2-face jerks! Even the accountant pointed out that they find ways to charge you, but I guess they pulled the wool over his eyes. At the end of the day they are sly snakes and they will figure out a way to get your money. After a few add-ons, oversights, and extra time in the shop I was out $4500 and within the year I was in the shop again! AND you know these guys would charge premium on the OEM parts but they probably stole them from the dealership, where 1 of their mechanics worked. Trust me they maybe nice to your face but 1 side step and BOOM, Dave will blow up in your face and steal the shoes off your feet. read more

I was looking for a place to service my VW. Tired of going to dealerships on my 1998 Passat with 165k miles. Found this place on google maps on my iPhone and it was the closest place to my home. They were able to get me in quickly next day for my squealing brakes and what I was to find out, warn out control arms. The place is kinda small. They specialize in upgrades. I was looking for just OEM replacements and they did just fine. They washed my car a topped off my car with gas. Overall was pleased with the communication and service. I took my mk7 gti here for an installation of a apr short shifter and bracket. It has been weeks now and I'm loving the shifter now. I had some aftermarket 42dd shifter bushings that wasn't compatible with apr ss. the guys here worked with the aftermarket shifter bushings and modified the piece that wasnt fitting due to excess material and small diameter hole for the screw. Their customer service was spot on. I'll be coming back for my next mods. read more

I ended up here after researching. I had to cancel at Raven because of work but called Eurosport a week later, only because of location and time frame. I had just bought the Audi S5 from out of state. They gave it going through and oil change, which was a third of the price the dealers wanted. We talked about upgrading the ECU and Intake filter. Needless to say I got that done a week later. Chris, David and i can't remeber the other tech's name, but what great service. This car is a rocket, and they were real easy to talk with. They will be doing my service on this car from here on out. Stage one ECU upgrade/flash made this car stupid fast. I'm debating on the stage 2. Stage one has this Audi at almost 400 HP.
