We decided to hire Natalie's Cleaning and I'm SO glad we did. They did such an amazing job with our apartment. Walking back into our clean home honestly felt like a weight had been lifted off our shoulders. Now my husband and I can actually relax this weekend instead of spending our free time cleaning. They were also very kind and professional, and the price was completely worth it for the quality of the work. We will definitely be using them again. Thank you so much!!

Updating two stars to five! Could have been better. They stained my stainless-steel stove top by using EASY OFF Heavy-Duty Oven Cleaner. The reason I am giving them two stars is this it is more the fault of the product then the maids, but I think they should have been aware of the damage the products they are using could cause. Do NOT to use EASY OFF Heavy-Duty Oven Cleaner and make sure if you don't that no maid service you use does it can cause white spot stains on your stainless-steel stoves.

I find it frustrating when a business invites customers to call but then doesn't answer or return messages. Communication is one of the most basic aspects of customer service and unfortunately my experience ended before I could even book the service. I cannot comment on the quality of their cleaning, but based on my experience, responsiveness and customer communication were disappointing. ***** UPDATE ***** After leaving my initial review regarding lack of response to calls and messages, the service provider did reach out to me directly. During that phone call, the conversation became confrontational. I was told that my review could be reported to the police, which felt like an inappropriate and intimidating response to customer feedback. During the call, I began recording for my own reference, and the call was then disconnected. There were multiple follow-up calls from the same number, and each time the conversation ended shortly after I attempted to record the interaction. I eventually chose to block the number due to the repeated and uncomfortable nature of the contact. Based on this experience, I found the communication to be unprofessional and stressful. Instead of addressing concerns calmly, the interaction escalated in a way that made me uncomfortable. As a result, I will not be using this service and would advise others to carefully consider communication reliability before booking.
