From wicking underwear to base layers to shirts and pants to windbreakers to full on parkas, Patagonia can take you naked and outfit you instantly to face the harshest of climates. Their products are extremely well-made and last a long, long time. Which is a good thing, because there's no way in hell I could afford to shop here on a regular basis. Now, this location is an outlet, meaning they sell merchandise from past seasons at a reduced price. The prices are indeed reduced heavily, but the fact that the starting price is so high means the reduced price is still high. I took a look around the store and was dismayed that I couldn't even buy a single item. Even a bra was only reduced to 27 euros. Sad face. If you are a camping nut or just enjoy being outside, this place is worthy of a stop in. Their stuff is really excellent and fun to just look at a wish for, as I do. The main drawback is that, because it is an outlet, you don't have as many options. You're definitely not seeing their full range, which is even more impressive.

Its most-unique greenhouse architecture allows so much natural light to come through the glass roof. I absolutely loved the look of it. We took a stroll through all three floors. Having never been to the country, I was unfamiliar with most of the shops, but I took note of the few I recognized (Boots, TK Maxx, Claire's.) We were momentarily tempted to try the Chinese restaurant upstairs but thought better of it. Restrooms are also located on the uppermost level. Not super bustling, seemed to be going the way of most malls. And although I wasn't taken by any store in particular, I enjoyed the structure's design & seeing what a Dublin shopping centre has to offer.

They have affordable jeans in every colour, shape and size. Ditto for t-shirts and vests. They also have a huge variety of every other type of clothes you could imagine. Great for dresses and going-out tops. They have shoes and accessories too. It's a favourites spot for picking up some pumps for me. They give a discount for student all year around, they have a personal shopping service, it's a huge store and they do speciality tall and petite clothes. It's the complete shopping experience! I saved about 25% by buying it here instead of the US which is nice. The upstairs had this Miss Selfridge collaboration. I wasn't a huge fan of the styles but maybe it's for you. One thing that I find cool about UK sizes is that their small sizes are actually quite small. Sometimes even the US size 0 is slightly too large for me but the UK size 0 is even smaller and sometimes just right. (Or sometimes ungodly tiny)

Dank, dimly lit and stacked to brimming with an odd assortment of second hand, off brand and generally strange goods, the Euro Mini Market does little to draw customers in... in fact I was the only non-staffer in the store on my visit. After sifting through a few racks of cheap clothes and browsing the dusty shelves, I was ready to turn tail and jog to Henry street. Much like "The Burbs", this place gave me the HeebieJeebies with two capital letters. Hunkered down in the old Tullys Tiles building (a family owned business that sold it's Smithfield stake to those pesky developers, only to expire in the hinterlands of Blanchardstown just three years later), the market looks very much like the retail space that time forgot. Or maybe it's the developers who forgot it? But do me a favour, give this weird little shop a miss.

However, don't get upset, it is still a fun place and honestly has the energy of what us American's think of when we see "arcade"! Small but mighty and packed full of shoppes, coffee shops and eateries from one entrance to the other. Vendor stalls line the middle of the space and while they are revolving, they usually feature art, souvenirs, clothing etc. The space itself is very historic and has been in use in this capacity for a very long time. The architecture of the building is gorgeous and screams old world Ireland. While wandering around Dublin, we made sure to walk through George's Arcade. We grabbed a small piece of art from one of the vendors and a chocolate treat from another. It was certainly time well spent! Overall, great little market worth a venture through if for nothing more than saying you did it!

Lo and behold, I found out they're a part of the same company/brand. How cool!! Same great products, same great prices. They even had a fully operating hair and nail salon inside. I barely had any vacant space in my luggage, but I absolutely had to grab some good deals and exit quickly lol. The store is huge and the various sections are easy to browse. It was also easy to spot employees walking around if you needed to ask for help.

In retrospect, I wish I had packed half the clothing that I did for this trip and just purchased the majority of my trip's wardrobe here upon arrival! The clothing seems of very nice quality and so inexpensive. One of the rolling carry-on bags we used on this trip my mom got here during her last visit and it was by far one of the easiest of all our bags to travel with.
