You have to arrange your own storage and they are poor estimators of how much you will need. They hauled my Mercedes SUV on the truck and it hasn't been functioning properly since. Should have used a car delivery service. Also very expensive and quote was very low. Took multiple requests to get a receipt to submit to my new employer for reimbursement and it is bare bones. In a nutshell, though they seem friendly, it was the worst move of my life and I've moved 7 times as an adult. If I had read a review such as mine, I wouldn't have used them.
