There were only two stalls and one sink. The toilets didn't seem to flush well and one of the stalls didn't even have a door on it, only a curtain. Pretty unsanitary and a little ghetto. I did appreciate how there was a coat check near the front entrance. The line to grab drinks downstairs seemed like it was moving quickly.

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about this place. I recently moved to Vancouver, Washington as a…read moreMaster Esthetician just graduating a 450 hour program of schooling. Fast forward a few months after moving I received a dream job offer at a medical spa that has a location in both Washington and Oregon meaning I needed my Certified Advanced Esthetic license with the state of Oregon to perform the treatments we offer at the spa. Unfortunately hours from Washington to Oregon don't completely have reciprocity between the two, which means I needed to work with a school to make up hours (a CAE license is 500 hours of schooling meaning I had to make up 50 hours). When I tell you I reached out to MULTIPLE schools in Oregon to try and find even a little help to point me in the right direction, Michele at the Advanced Esthetics Institute not only responded to me very quickly EAGER to help me, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that she could help me get my CAE license without any hesitation, and made me feel so comfortable coming to her with any questions regarding this situation. She truly was the only school/person that even seemed to want to help me so I am so so thankful for that - even though I live 2+ hours away from this school, I knew it would be worth every penny and mile to make up time to get my license. From the start, Michele and her employees were always so kind, timely, responsive, and truly made me feel so welcomed and understood with the situation I was going through. Michele even helped find me accommodations when I would drive down weekly, and always checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. Knowing how they treated me (doing me the favor), I can't even imagine how they treat their student and clients - I promise whether you are looking to get treatments, or looking to attend this school you will 100000% not regret it - you will get the best experience regardless! Thank you so much Michele, Bailey, Andrew, Chandler, & Ale from the bottom of my heart, you will always have a friend in me! I am so thankful for everything you all did to help me, you are truly one of a kind! This place feels like home, and I can't wait to come back and visit everyone here!

Her father and I thoroughly researched the whole pepper spray scene. We all know of people who have their canisters and have simply taken an online or youtube class. That was not thorough enough for us. A 4-hour class was only $100, very well worth it. I got to watch, and my daughter was able to practice and hear of real-life scenarios from an expert who has been in numerous situations. She walked out of there today feeling very empowered. Like me, she may never have to use the spray in her entire life. But she feels that she has been well informed and prepared for so much more than she'd imagined. (She has watched some of the videos and say they don't prepare her as thoroughly as the class did.) We are going back to take the self-defense class together.
