I have never had a dentist like her before. She has a very comforting and calming presence. Dr. Rosen is very attentive to your needs and keeping you free from pain is a priority. She is also very outgoing and nice to talk to. The staff at the office is wonderful too, especially Joanne, Shoghi, Bebe and the dental hygienist, Julia.They are very nice and always will fit you into their busy schedule when you need urgent care. I spoke or communicated to the office several times before my appointment. When I arrived, I was presented with a bill for $450 before I saw the dentist. I have dental insurance. They said I didn't put the number membership number on the forms that I filled out prior. I don't have a membership number with my plan. They didn't have the decency to ask me the numerous times that I was in contact t with them, either on the phone or emailing? Had I known that he doesn't offer free consultation as and there would be a fee before hand, I never would have wasted my time! The dentist is not the only person that has valuable time. My time is valuable also.

I immediately felt the metal wire sticking my gums and could move the retainer up and down with my tongue (meaning it needs to be tightened). She refused to fix it for me and said it was like that when I came in, which is NOT the case. I wouldnt be able to just live my life if that was the case as it was extremely uncomfortable and I noticed it right away. I had to go somewhere else to have it fixed for $135.

I called on a Wednesday 8/6/2025 afternoon for urgent appointment because my wisdom teeth had been hurting several days and the pain became so bad.. the lady who answered said nothing until a few weeks later then started asking me for my info. She kept insisting I give her the teeth number even tho I already said right side top and bottom wisdom teeth, and I said hold on just a second lemme check then she put me on hold. After a few she came back I said #32 and #1 then she's like "well is that what it says on the referral" I said I have a referral for #32 which I needed taken out asap and one for all four wisdom teeth which would need to be extracted eventually. She then became even more irate and all angry said "well call me back when you have all four teeth numbers (which I did have) and she just hung up on me. Wtf??? You're telling me you work at a dental office and don't know the universal teeth number for right side / all the wisdom teeth? And on top of that can't even wait 20 seconds for me to find it because you're pmsing or just a regular biatch? If this office wants business stop hiring these crazies with no EQ. Patient is in severe pain and can't even show an ounce of patience what a joke. She must hate her job. Needless to say I found a closer location with same day appointment and they had exceptional staff and amazing dentist who extracted my two wisdom teeth pain free.
