Maggie is a literal godsend. And her studio is so aesthetic and pristine! For the studio alone this would be a five star review but Maggie is amazing. I have a chronic lower back condition and was suffering a major flare-up when I signed up for private training with Maggie a few months ago. Maggie is so patient and flexible; relentlessly pivoting, adjusting, and changing up her carefully planned custom to me program on the spot whenever I'd comment that my back was protesting. She is 100% in tune in every minute of our sessions. She is also extremely knowledgeable with weight lifting, Pilates, nutrition, and just a trove of wisdom, experience, and kindness. I feel less and less discomfort in my day to day as I get stronger, all thanks to Maggie. I've trained with several trainers in my life; varying from awesome in their own right to so-so but with even the better gyms there was always a little bit of pushing myself to go. However, I can honestly say that training with Maggie is one of the better part of my days and I genuinely look forward to it. It's just so easy to show up to her beautiful, warm studio and have a fun, productive, kick-ass workout. Finally, the perfect cherry on top, she offers super reasonable pricing. Everyone reading this, go see Maggie. If she doesn't get back to you right away it's because she's training someone. Follow up and schedule something. Maggie deserves all the clients and success, you will get back tenfold training with her! read more

I've been working with Maggie, the owner of PolyStrength, for over a year and half now, and she has done wonders for me physically. I started with Pilates, but am now doing strength training too. Maggie is absolutely fantastic. She is the 3rd trainer I've had in my lifetime and she is by far the best one I've had. She is extremely knowledgeable and super safety conscientious so you don't inadvertently pull a muscle, strain yourself, etc. Each session is different so you are working all the muscles in your body over 2 or 3 days a week depending on your frequency of attendance. This is the best investment i've ever made on myself. Thanks Maggie read more

I have been training with Maggie for many years now. I have had other trainers before her. With Maggie, I get visible and amazing results without feeling like I am killing myself. I always look forward to our sessions. She brings in her good energy on top of mad skills of what it takes to feel strong and fit. In addition, I am in my 50-es, with early osteoarthritis and demanding work, I always must watch out for injuries and muscle pain. With Maggie's expert guidance, I have never endured exercise related trauma, just the opposite, I overcome my work-related muscle strain by proper stretching and strengthening of abdominal and back muscles. She is a pro and an inspiration. In addition, if you need diet related pearls, she makes suggestions that don't seem restrictive and off-putting. Sometimes you can tell a book by its cover. I walked up to the windows of PolyStrength as I was looking for a place to transform me, from the inside out. I've worked out most of my life In one form or another. but with Covid I got lazy. I have seen the inside and outside of so many gyms I can't count. I've had many trainers. One or two good ones and more often than not others who had no understanding of anatomy. There's a definite difference in the way you train a man or a woman, especially someone of a certain age. That said, I'm pretty hard-core. I'm strong and I was looking for somebody that pushed me but not in a way that would hurt. I've found her. As I walked into her gym I was instantly transported to an oasis. Everything is beautiful, down to the handcrafdumbbells. She has not spared one iota of beautiful detail. Her name is Maggie and she is the owner/trainer/nutritionist of PolyStrength, and she is spectacular. She has trained me through surgeries, old injuries, and balance issues. I trust her with everything in me. She is kind, supportive and beyond knowledgeable. If you're looking for somebody to change you from the inside out you need look no further, you've found her. I'm a 56 year old former gymnast and Maggie has changed my body in a way that's realistic to my goals and injuries and I feel amazing. No matter what you're looking for in terms of your fitness and health goals, even if you think you know a lot, Maggie will share more with you. She's worth every moment of your precious time and every cent of your hard earned dollars. invest in yourself, spend it on Maggie at PolyStrength! read more

Maggie is absolutely incredible! Stop searching for trainers and call her! Your journey starts now! I never enjoyed working out and never thought I'd still be doing it 2 years later. Maggie genuinely cares about her clients. Whether you have a disability, just had surgery, or ready to train for something intense, Maggie can do it all. She knows my faces! When I'm getting woozy she can tell. She'll adjust your workout so you're still accomplishing something but doesn't make you feel like you failed. She celebrates your success and is there to listen and hug you when you're feeling blue or being too hard on yourself. She teaches you about the muscles you're working and what activity does what. I never knew how much my mental health was struggling either. Some days I'm kicking and screaming coming to the gym and feel angry. I leave motivated, clear headed and ready to tackle the world. She's beyond just a trainer! She's an incredibly beautiful human being inside and out. Now I can't imagine my week without Maggie. read more
