I also did a few months of private sessions with Sarah A., which completely elevated the quality of my workouts. The vibes and energy are always immaculate -- you really can't beat the sense of community at Coreology. It's easily the most consistent and motivating workout studio I've been to. P.S. If you're eyeing an early morning (6am) or weekend class, definitely book ahead! They fill up fast -- for good reason.

This studio has met my needs well beyond my wildest expectations. I am happy that they morph with the latest evidence on what makes a person fit (within bounds of the equipment they provide for us). A few shout outs to other awesome instructors - Erin, Julie M., Katie, Sarah A., Robin (so strong), Holly, Amber (so funny), Katrina, and the inimitable Jenny. They (and so many more) make Coreology a human community. I always enter a tad bit uneasy and leave fully sweated knowing I survived an amazing work out. Thanks Coreology for welcoming my wife and me into such a great community.

I am a 20+ yr pilates practitioner and I enjoy a challenging but safe class and had been searching…read morefor a long time to find a studio that delivered on this. Joseph Pilates was all about discipline and I really prefer instructors who are kind but will teach with this mindset because as a postmenopausal female, I am taking the class for my health and to maintain balance, strength and bone density so Ang and Cat are my favorite go tos. This is also one of the few studios that holds to their class levels so if you are experienced and strong you can bet that the 1.5 class will give you a run for your money. If you are starting out or still working on your strength, then the 1.0 class is best for you. My goal is to work my way up to 2.0. Aside from the highly skilled and capable instructors (you can tell that Ang and Cat have been teaching effectively for decades) , they are kind and super sweet and each has their own personality I love. So if you are interested in coming to a class where people chit chat to fulfill a social need, please don't come here but if you want to feel healthier and stronger and be in the company of others like minded people, run don't walk here. An funny antedote: I only took Cat's classes at another studio 15 yrs ago and when she left, I left the studio and low and behold, I take a class to see what to expect here and guess who the instructor was- Cat!!! Needless to say between Ang and Cat, I signed up real quick. Also the studio has packages and different memberships that suit everyone's needs. Pilates IS EXPENSIVE but it is also ( done correctly) one of the best all body workouts you can find. Lastly, every person I have interacted with who works at the studio is sooooo nice. No snobby people here. That's a plus too.

Highly Recommend Club Pilates Rolling Hills!…read more I absolutely love Club Pilates Rolling Hills! The instructors here are top-tier and make every session worth it: - Cat explains everything clearly at a perfect, steady pace, making her classes wonderfully easy to follow for non-native English speakers. - Angie's classes focus beautifully on improving circulation--every time I take her class, I get a deeply restful night's sleep. - Katie introduces creative new glute exercises every single time--always challenging but so much fun! - Linda's cardio class is intense and high-energy, with great music that keeps the vibe exciting. It's a professional, welcoming, and high-quality environment. Anyone looking for a fantastic Pilates experience should definitely join!

After coming here, Evolve helped me discover the areas i needed the most work on to help my daily posture. I have definitely seen positive outcomes as a result of my lessons with both Tony and Susan. My strength and flexibility have improved and I just feel good all around physically. Susan makes sure I do all the exercises the right way so I get the most effective results without injury. She also keeps things interesting by switching things up and introducing new exercises on different equipment. The people are friendly and it never feels crowded when I'm there.

Walking into this location feels less like a gym and more like a guided tour…read more Exhibit A -- Cardio Hall. Here we observe machines at least three generations behind what's running at other Equinox clubs. Remarkably well preserved. Please do not touch. Exhibit B -- The Palette. Yellowed satin white with pale blue painted accents. The palette follows conventions of the historical period; artisans remain unidentified. Reads Bay Club, not Equinox. Exhibit C -- Storage. This is how early humans secured their belongings: you brought a lock from home. Those who arrived without one -- as I did -- left the door open and trusted in God. Other Equinox locations have at least advanced to the rotating dial. Fifteen years ago my hometown gym opened lockers with a fingertip. Three years ago, with a face. Now, seriously -- none of this is hard to fix, and all of it is below the standard the brand charges for: 1. Cardio. A refresh is one request to headquarters away. Ask. 2. Paint. Reset to a clean pure white. Swap the blue accent for acoustic wood slat panels -- vertical battens on a black backing. Low cost, immediate lift, and it's the current Equinox language. 3. Lockers. Change the locks. Bring-your-own-padlock isn't acceptable at this price point. Keypad or RFID at minimum. Credit where it's due: the staff were friendly and respectful throughout, and I was here only as a visitor. But as it stands, this isn't a club I'd want as my home gym. Hopefully they've made some changes by the next time I'm in the area.

If you are not a PV housewife do not go here, they will not care about you!!…read more I received a coupon for Pilates Haven for my birthday and was very excited to attend reformer classes. This studio is farther from my place so I had to plan ahead of time for classes. They do not offer enough class times. They did not answer the studio phone. The customer service is horrible. The teacher Debbie is great but the owner was not helpful. I was not able to sign up online since the owner would not/had not input the coupon code. I called to sign up for class and she NEVER called back to tell me it was canceled. I drove 30 minutes excitedly to class to find out there was none. After I tried calling, she barely responded with a text. This is poor service and left me with a horrible taste in my mouth!

She's by far one of the best instructors I have ever taken pilates from. Regardless of how often I do pilates (and I do it a lot!), she's always giving me advice on how to improve my form and stay focused on all the aspects that make me get the best workout possible. Pilates is one of those things where if you are doing it wrong, it's easy, but if you are doing it correctly, it's a killer workout. And only a great instructor like Taylor can ensure you are doing it correctly. She's also full of passion and energy. Although I have done pilates for nearly a decade, nearly every week she still manages to come up with new exercises I have never done. She's fun, encouraging and great at what she does. The Pilates Haven is also a great studio - it's sparking clean, great light, airy and the equipment is top of the line. I could not recommend Taylor and The Pilates Haven more enthusiastically.

Sam knows a variety of different movement and healing modalities, and somehow she blends them all together in a way that just works. Every class I've experienced with her feels different and interesting. She's also just a really fun, down-to-earth person who makes everyone feel welcome. She's real, approachable, and has such great energy. Sam's belly dance and pilates classes are SO much fun! They're high energy, great exercise, and you leave feeling happy. You don't have to know what you are doing at all--she is super beginner friendly but also offers challenges to people with more experience. If you're looking for something that's different from your typical fitness class, I can't recommend Samantha enough. She brings so much knowledge and heart into everything she teaches. The somatic class was amazing. I wasn't sure what to expect at all when I signed up. I just knew I was going. I have done somatic work with therapists and such in the past, so I'm not a newbie to the concepts but I had never attended a "Somatics Movement" class before. We danced, shook our bodies like animals, did primal screams (which was an awesome release!), learned ways to calm our nervous systems and regulate the vagus nerve, and so so much more, then ended with a beautiful guided meditation and sound bath. The room itself felt incredibly cozy with soft lighting, candles, pillows, and essential oils. All these little touches made it feel really special. I highly recommend this class and any that Sam teaches.
