If you wanna lose weight WITHOUT suffering, SoulScale is your program…read more I looked for a weight loss program for so many years. I tried so many different diets and nothing worked for me and each time I failed at it, I lost my confidence in being able to go back to my normal weight. I did Weight Watchers, Intermittent Fasting, calorie counting apps, Keto, and none yielded results. It wasn't until I started working with Dr. Nona Djavid at SoulScale that I finally lost 21 pounds in 3 months smack dab in the middle of the holiday season right before the pandemic hit in 2019. And I have kept my weight off. What is so fantastic about the SoulScale system is the coaching that comes with it and the most simple eating blueprint to follow. It takes the thinking out of the process. And for a busy professional like me, that was key. I don't have time for hours and hours of grocery shopping and meal prep. With Soul Scale eating becomes so easy and you don't have to starve to lose weight. You learn what to eat to lose weigh and more so maintain it. I love this program so much that I have recommended so many of my clients and they equally say the praises of SoulScale.

I never woke/wake up feeling sore and he adjusts his approach based on how my body reacts, my schedule and diet. To put this into perspective, during my first session I was sick because I was so out of shape. I worked hard, but push-ups, lunges and the other exercises were too much. Now, during my workouts with Shon I am doing 100 push-ups in various positions, work out with weight that I never thought I'd be able to lift and push my body hard to feel great. The results have had an amazing impact on my body, family life and work because I'm motivated with lots of energy - while keeping my calories in check. He also keeps the atmosphere light, while working you hard. He is as invested as your are because he believes in proper health, technique and clean eating. As a cyclist, he has also helped me improve speeds on my bike and given me some great tips for optimal performance. During group rides I'm no longer in the back of the pack, but in the front of the group. I have received compliments and been asked questions about my weight loss journey, and I immediately give the credit to Shon for his patience, approach and recommendations on diet and exercise. If you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, or just want to feel better - go see Shon!

This review is long overdue. I started working with Shon back in January. I've been battling neck…read moreand back pain due to bulging discs, stress and working long hours for something like 15 years now. I have tried physical therapy, chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, massages, acupuncture, yoga, and pilates. Nothing gave me any real, lasting pain relief. After working with Shon for just a few weeks, my neck pain improved. After about three months, the pain had improved dramatically. I would say about 75% and the pain in my lower back is mostly gone. I'm beyond thrilled. On top of that, my posture is significantly better AND my body is changing. It's pretty amazing. And truly, Shon is awesome. He's so unbelievably knowledgeable. He has an incredible attitude. He's fun. He's focused and he basis each workout on me. How I'm walking, standing, moving, etc. This is so far from a cookie cutter, run of the mill workout. It's personalized and it's working. My expectations have been so far surpassed. I'm genuinely grateful. I just recently took a trip to Costa Rica. The trip endured a 6-hour flight and a 2.5-hour bumpy car ride on an unpaved road. I walked, swam and surfed! everyday. My neck was fine! I was elated. I still struggle with arthritis and lack of range of motion but my everyday pain is so much more manageable. I can not sing Shon's praises any higher. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is serious about making a positive change in their life.
