A year ago, I hired them to do the move-out cleaning at my last apartment, and it was so clean that I didn't want to move out! Yesterday, I asked them to clean my new apartment. Quality Cleaning Service did an amazing job! They have excellent attention to detail! The new apartment I moved into wasn't 100% clean, so I hired them to help. When they finished, my apartment was 1,000% clean! They even organized my fridge after they cleaned it to make it better than it was. Thanks so much again!

I truly appreciated her flat fee and the ease of setting up our appointment, and it only got better from there! I was also able to get an appointment within 2 days so she definitely saved my butt! When she arrived I asked for some special attention to the blinds, washer and dryer, and baseboards that needed some true TLC. She not only took care of those items but went above and beyond and cleaned a dehumidifier I had running including the filter, and some other niche areas that had been neglected. If you want someone who gives their all and then some, look no further, she's the gal for the job! Her down to earth personality and the sense of peace she brings is also a huge plus and a benefit I didn't know I needed that day :)

Let's not talk about what my place looks like when I don't. I've been a client of Fernanda's for about a year now. She comes in and cleans every two weeks, and my apartment is sparkling. Not only do I know she'll do a great job, I trust her completely to come clean while I'm gone and do everything that needs to get done. She cleans my blinds! Full disclosure and purported adulthood aside, I was not aware that blinds needed to be cleaned. They do. Initially she was cleaning for me every month, but I appreciated coming home to clean sink traps and windowsills and a shiny kitchen floor so much that I asked her to come every two weeks. So worth it.

This company is a scam! Please do your homework before you hire them!!…read more I hired them and asked for their license information, was sent a business registration that expired a few years ago. Searched in the King county registry and they are not registered. It is illegal to do what they are doing and I will report them to the county. At first I was ok with it but when the maid damaged my house things deteriorated, I found out they would not cover any of it and they are not insured. Fernanda actually told me to bill the maid that she pays $30 or $40 a house to clean. Till today nothing has been paid to me. Fernanda Crispin gives you rates that are way higher than others cleaners because they say they are licensed and insured but will not provide that information. The rates are to reflect the higher costs she says but it is just not true. They send two people, one works the other either sits in the car or does very little work. In reality you are paying for one person to do the actual work. The second person is really there as a headcount so they can charge for two people. I will post my texts with her so folks know this is a legitimate review. I asked multiple times for both the license registration and insurance information and was denied both by Fernanda Crispin. I am flagging it for others so that you will not be cheated with the higher rates, and conned by Fernanda and also if she breaks something you will be covered by insurance. Finally, she is overcharging customers and taking a huge cut for herself. If you are paying $120 dollars to have your house cleaned, the cleaners get $60 and she gets $60. If you are using her ask for her registration (business license) and insurance. Trust me, you will not get it.

I have Quality Cleaning come in every other week to do a deep clean and I'm extremely please with the results. All of the cleaning products they use are non toxic and pet friendly. I have a lot of stainless steel appliances that get water marks if not cleaned, and they do an amazing job making them polished and shine. Erica is very friendly and does an amazing job handling my 4 month old puppy and is very efficient with the Quality Cleaning standard cleaning list. Occasionally, I have an annual cleaning list on top of the standard one that I request (ie: cleaning the inside of the oven, wiping down the inside of your fridge-just let them know) and they've been able to go above and beyond my expectations. Whenever I have a cleaning question Erica always seems to know the answer to my problems. For example, one time Erica noticed that my shower curtains were starting to have that tint of pink algae growing and instead of throwing it out and getting a new one, she suggested that I use vinegar and put it in the washing machine instead of bleach. The shower curtain came out looking brand new!! My home is new construction and it feels great to maintain that new house feel thanks to Erica and Quality Cleaning!

While it was not meant to be a deep clean, a few areas of my home had gotten pretty dirty due to my physical limitations. They sent one cleaner -- the charming Sueli S. -- who went above and beyond, getting the bathroom and carpeted areas spotless. It all looks and smells amazing, and I cannot tell you how immensely cheering it is to have a fresh, clean house when you're ill. She was also very sweet, sharing her own experience with her mother's cancer (using Google Translate, which was a godsend). Such a kind lady, and her visit was immensely cheering as well. Queen Anne Cleaning also has a nice calendar and invoicing system for folks wanting to plan their appointments, and they seem to service a large area (I live in Judkins, across town from Queen Anne). Thanks, Queen Anne Cleaning and Sueli, for helping a neighbor in need, and for the incredible, meticulous service.
