The ribs were smoked to perfection and the meat just fell off the bone. Best ribs I've had in East Tennessee. I was told their "wings" are phenomenal also. I will definitely try them next time. Normally, she refuses to use the blue bags, so everything is in a brown bag and I have to search through what I have to know what to put in my cooler bags and what needs to immediately go into the refrigerator or freezer when I get home. Today, I put my cold items on the belt first and if she did not put them in blue bags, I was going to politely ask her to do so. To my surprise, she put them in blue bags! I was ecstatic! Until, she started putting everything in blue bags! She apparently does not understand the concept. I don't normally complain, but this has just been an ongoing issue for the past several months! She is never friendly and does not know how to bag groceries and then, it is the customer's job apparently to put them from the loading area into the cart, no matter how many she has stacked onto the loading area. I'm still not sure that I understand the history between ALDI and Trader Joe's, but it's an interesting internet rabbit hole in which to jump if you're up for it. This location doesn't have self checkout, but that's never been an issue for me since there's rarely a line at the register and they are so fast. I prefer the produce here, find deals on seafood frequently, and once I learn their packaging and nomenclature, enjoy finding more affordable options on staple items.
