I never leave reviews about companies however I feel today's experience deserves a review. Stay…read morewith me! I went to McDaniels on Saturday looking for a very specific truck they had posted. Unfortunately, it had sold but they said they could get a similar truck on trade. In my head I was yeah right whatever that's what they always say. To my surprise by Monday afternoon, they had found a similar truck and were willing to bring it to Marion. I said OK sounds good, by Tuesday afternoon they said they have the truck sent me the VIN and it would be there on Wednesday. I said i will be there Wednesday afternoon. To my surprise by 2:00pm on Wednesday they had the truck we negotiated the trade and I had bought a new 2026 GMC Sierra SLE X31 TRUCK. That's the sales side. I could not be happier than the way I was treated no high-pressure sales just let's find you a truck. No poker face I was so happy with the truck. The next step finance I met a great gentleman named Bryson he went over the numbers. Obvisilouly his job is to get me financed and sell me the warranty the paint protection and the secondary accessory warranty. I was dead set on no extended warranty but then he hits me with something I didn't think about. It made me think maybe I should get the warranty. Side note recently my son had wish we had a warranty because we spent so much on repair. Someone told me a new truck as more computer's technology built into them than the space shuttles of the 80'and 90's. The peace of mind to know I am covered for repairs for the life of the loan and a mileage that will take me 10 years hit. I can't say enough of my experience compared to some other dealers.

If they are waiting for part via usps, FedEx or other. Wouldn't they know when to schedule a good time for actual installment and resolve. Of course if you sit there for hours and drive back and forth for nothing _and I mean nothing. 1 star.

I purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry from Mathews Honda in March 2026 after being advised the vehicle…read morehad an insurance-related repair estimate around $1,900. I later learned the insurance adjuster had not even inspected the vehicle at the time of sale. After repairs were completed, I immediately discovered overspray, sanding marks, paint defects, alignment concerns, and other visible issues. Independent collision professionals later identified additional concerns involving repair quality, panel alignment, and long-term durability. The repair estimate ultimately escalated to nearly $7,000. Over several weeks, I made multiple 200-mile round trips attempting to resolve the matter professionally and repeatedly requested repair documentation, calibration reports, structural measurements, OEM verification, and warranty clarification. Much of that information was delayed, unavailable, or never fully provided. The final meeting at the dealership was extremely disappointing. While Rick attempted at times to remain professional, my interaction with General Manager Dave Columber was, in my personal opinion, dismissive, evasive, and confrontational. Rather than directly addressing my concerns, the conversation repeatedly shifted toward criticizing me for allowing the dealership additional time to correct the issues in good faith and emphasizing the financial impact that unwinding the transaction would allegedly have on the dealership. Even during my final inspection, I still observed paint and finish defects in the repaired panels. Ultimately, I paid additional money out of pocket simply to have the dealership take the vehicle back and end the situation. I strongly encourage anyone purchasing a repaired vehicle to independently inspect it, request all documentation in writing, and verify warranty coverage before finalizing a purchase.
