I am stuck looking like this because I went in for under eye filler Jan 3rd, he (Dr Sean McGuire) decided I needed it in my cheek not under my eye. I asked to be seen after extreme pain and no filer under my eye and large pockets in my cheek, they saw me on the 14th and he said as long as you can't see the pain it doesn't matter, I asked if the filler had gone into my cheek by mistake because I do not see it under my eye only in my cheek, he stated "No not by mistake, I put it in your cheek", I said "I wanted it under my eye, not in my cheek at all." He laughed and stated "I've been doing this 18 years I think I know where you need filler." I stayed silent, completely baffled." He offered to put the filler in the place I asked for it initially, I said yes absolutely that would be great, he drew it with a pencil where I wanted it and I agreed. After injecting it I looked in the mirror and saw my cheek was even larger. I didn't know what to do or say and just left and contacted the manager. She stated she did not want me to be unhappy and would like to see me back I said I am literally moving out of state next week and can not come in, and I said quite frankly if I could come in I would not, the doctor was extremely aggressive and rude and would not want him to touch me again. She said to continue sending photos and after day 14 of it does not look better there will be a refund or partial refund or some kind of resolution. Still unhappy with her answer I said okay and kept sending photos, day 14 I sent this photo, both the nurse and the office manager responded, saying it looked great. On day 20 I reached out as I had not heard anything back from them as far as a resolution goes, only how great it looked. I sent this email where I had no response. "Hello, it is now day 20 since I have had my follow up visit where the filler was placed in my cheeks again. My last email I had requested a refund, again and that has not been replied to. I am sending this email to request a refund for the filler that was placed in my cheek Jan 3rd. I was told there would be a resolution on day 14 and it is now day 20. I feel like I'm getting the runaround at this point. I would like a direct answer on this matter. Thank you." On day 25 I called and the office manager stated that I would not be given a refund or any resolution and that they think it looks great and are very satisfied with how it turned out. She said she spoke with the doctor and he would not agree to any resolution. So all this to say, if this is how you want to look, go to Center for Beauty and see Sean McGuire.

Dariess was wonderful and explained exactly what she was doing through each step of the facial, which consisted of cleansing (I went in with makeup still on but not a problem since they will cleanse), exfoliation, hydration, hot towels, and LED light therapy. I thoroughly enjoyed the treatment and my face looked hydrated and fresh afterwards. The spa was very welcoming, clean & fresh, and decorated with class. I only came in contact with Dariess and one other lady on my visit and both were very friendly and inviting. I look forward to my next visit that I will be booking very soon.

I have had the regular bar facial and they tailor it to you and if you have any issues you'd like them to focus on. The bar facial is done in an open area where other guests are also getting treatments done. If you want a private facial or another service you can pay extra for a room facial or room treatment. I also had the eyelash and brow tint as a bar treatment done in the open area. Demi M. did a great job at both and was very helpful in deciding the shade to go with. She did warn me that my eyebrows could be a little much the first day but after showering the dye would wash off my skin and it would look good. She was right they looked great after and lasted about a month, it was nice to not worry about wearing makeup! The bar facial and treatments are nice because they are cheaper than other spas and salons in Louisville. Bethany S and Alexis A both do a wonderful job with the bar facial. Both are very knowledgeable about the skin and explain each step to you. The inside design is also very cute it looks like a Pinterest board all of the decor is very cute. This feels misleading and unfair to customers who receive gift certificates in good faith. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing or gifting certificates from CaloSpa unless all expiration terms are clearly disclosed in writing.

To the Public, I only want to get my story out in how I was treated at Calospa Rejuvenation Center…read morein Louisville Ky , I had been a client with Calospa for 20+years ..so I went to this facility and explained my situation to Dr Quintero and Lacy McCauley in how I was going threw Menopause & how my face hadn't looked the same in months , so they recommended me in having 3 to 4 rounds of Morpheus8 Procedures so for one treatment of having a MORPHEUS8 PROCEDURE was $1,200 ) so little did I know that this Procedure WOULD FOREVER CHANGE MY LIFE FOR THE WORSE!! so on December 5th, 2023 ..I had a Morpheus8 Procedure , Ashely Hatfield was the Provider that did this Procedure on me , She's a Medical Licensed Aesthetician with twelve years experience in lasor procedures and has multiple awards in Skin Care, especially Morpheus8 Procedures..so before this Procedure Ashely used a numbing serum on my face for 30 minutes before she started with this Procedure, so while she was Purposely Melting my face I told her that my face was burning & her comment was( this is norma)l..so during this Procedure she hooked a hoes to the machine and started blowing off my face, and she never looked at the settings on this machine ..so during this Procedure I felt the needles penetrate threw my right eye and that's when I told her to stop this Procedure..so after a month from having this Procedure , I noticed Catastrophic Facial Fat Loss In where both sides of my face was caved in , that's when I went back to Calospa & addressed my situation to Dr Quintero and his exact words were this is impossible that a Morpheus8 Procedure cannot melt Facial Fat , all Dr Quintero did was gaslight me ..so when I asked for my Medical Records at the front desk, the lady denied me in getting them ..days later I called and they kept telling me they couldn't take my call, so that's when I knew I would half to get ahold of an attorney, so six months later when I received my medical records I knew that they were infact Falsified , so it states that I had several treatments of Sculptra placed into my buttocks, which Definitely is a LIE , this never happened..but I did have rounds of Sculptra placed into my FACE due to the Catastrophic Facial Fat Loss & the Extensive Facial Fat Tissue that had been Melted from my face , so knowing that this facility never Fired Ashely Hatfield for any wrong doing, I knew I Wouldn't never go back to this facility, so that's when I decided to go to May's Plastic Surgery Center in Louisville Ky, I explained my situation to Dr May's in how Ashely Hatfield damaged my face at Calospa Rejuvenation Center, Dr Mays knew Ashely Hatfield because he worked with her at Calospa before he opened up his own practice..so that's when Dr Mays recommended me in having more rounds of Sculptra to restore my face, so that's what I did ..I go back a month later to find out that Dr Mays hired Ashely Hatfield to work for his practice..BOY !! if this wasn't a slap in my face, so months later I took this photo (that's posted ) to several Plastic Surgeons to only find out in what they thought the needle depth setting that Ashely could have used on me , in where my whole face had been Severely Melted , and they told me by the way I looked before and after this procedure, Ashely used a 3mm or 4mm or (maybe higher) needle depth setting & she used this settings under my eyelids causing severe trama to my right eye..I honestly don't understand how a Medical Licensed Aesthetician with twelve years experience & with this much Expertise could cause Catastrophic Damage to one's face , so now it's been almost three years and I've paid out over $ 18,000 Thousand Dollars to restore my face and where the DAMAGES were so bad that my face won't hold up due to the Extensive Facial Fat Tissue that was Melted from the hands of Ashely Hatfield..I have Suffered Mentally and Emotionally and Physically from this Provider for three years & these Facility's..My Family & my Kids has also Suffered from this Provider because I'll never be the same as I once was , all she had to have done was used a needle depth setting of 0.5 mm and now I have PTSD over this..Please for the Love of God, becareful in who you let touch your face, I researched Ashely Hatfield and her reviews were really good , that's what I don't understand how a Medical Licensed Aesthetician with twelve years experience could cause this much Damage to one's Face..Please find you another facility & please do not go to May's Plastic Surgery Center in Louisville Ky, because Ashely works in the Med Spa Department, please don't let this woman come near your Face..Thank you & God Bless
