Decided I wanted to try a new place to get our nails done, and chose Eternity nails. So glad we did! The young man and women who did our mani/pedi's were so nice and funny and held a conversation. Got the basic pedicure and it was better than the average pedicure you'd get at some other salons around town, came with a great massage and a sugar scrub. Took about 2 hours, which I don't mind. I would rather them take their time then get rushed out of my chair. My eyebrows were done so well, I'll never go to another person again. My nails are now in tip top shape and my toes are prettier than ever. Also you get a free drink, and they have cocktails! For about the same price as anywhere else around town, you definitely get the most out of your money here! read more

Made a 12:00 appt this past Tuesday for my daughter and me for a mani/pedi. Got there a little late, 12:08. When we arrived, I was told my appt was for 11:45. I told her it was for noon! I could tell she wasn't all that happy and knew we were in for a wait. At 12:40 my daughter and I proceeded to leave and we were told that she had our foot baths ready and would be only a few more minutes. We were taken back a couple minutes later. My daughters pedi started about 10 mins after we were seated. I however sat there until her pedi was just about done! We were offered soda, beer, wine, champagne, which was nice. The place was also nice and clean. They had plastic liners in the footbath which was very nice, a first for me! The utensils were also sealed and opened when the pedi was about to begin. I thought $42 for a mani/pedi was a little high as normally I pay $35. When my pedi was about half way through, I asked the technician if he would be able to smooth out my calloused heals since I could tell he wasn't going to be doing this and he told me that was $10 extra. Normally I don't have to pay extra for this! They used a gel remover that worked okay. Not totally smooth but okay. Not worth an extra $10 (so we are up to $52 for a regular mani/pedi at this point). I wasn't going to get my manicure done due to time constraints but the woman told me it could be done at the pedi chair while the callous remover sat on my feet. My Manicure was terrible. My cuticles barely soaked for 30 seconds and as a result, my cuticles were jagged, not totally removed and just looked bad. When I got home I actually had to trim some of the cuticles that were not removed. My manicure chipped that night and today, 2 days later, 8 out of 10 nails are chipped. My daughters also are chipped. The only thing this place has going for it is that it's nice and clean and sanitary and they offer you a cocktail (I didn't even have that, I had water). They also have a nice selection of polish. But, if the services are poor, who really cares? I have to repaint my nails tonight! Oh, when we left the salon, it was 2:15! 2 hrs and 15 minutes for a mani/pedi and I had an appointment? I don't think so! Will NOT come back here! read more

My first visit to eternity nails was wonderful. The atmosphere was relaxing and unhurried--let me soak my feet for a nice long time and did a beautiful job trimming cuticles and nails, buffing off the dry skin and massaging my calves and feet before applying a lovely shade of polish. Same with my nails--they came out looking beautiful and flawless. I would definitely recommend this salon to friends and will visit again on my next Cape May trip! read more

I'm not one to complain, but for someone who like to look at reviews before they go to a place, or people who want to know what kinda of money they will be putting out into a service before they go, this is why I'm writing this review. I walked in a for a basic pedicure, I picked out a sparkle pink nail polish and the lady told me that she was going to put a solid pink under the pink sparkles because it looked pretty. She showed me, I agreed. She started my pedicure, asked if I wanted any upgrades, I said no thank you just the basic pedicure. Halfway through she looked at my nails and said would you like a manicure. I thought, might as well. So afterwards we moved to the manicure station and started. Again, just a basic manicure. So I look at the price list and the pedicure price says $20 and up, which I was guessing the "up" was the upgrades she offered me in the beginning. Then I look at the the manicure price and it says $15 and up which I was guessing the "up" was if you were to get gels, dip, acrylic etc. So in my head, I'm thinking " ok, I only got a BASIC manicure and a BASIC pedicure so it should be $35 " so right before she goes to paint my nails she said would you like to pay now before we paint? I agreed and asked how much. She said $42!! 42!? For what I asked!? Then one of the other ladies chimed in and said "yeah it's $42 cause you got an extra color, it's really $50 but we're giving you a discount so it's $42" and I proceeded to ask what is the discount your giving me to even make it come out to be $42? She proceeded to speak so quick and all I heard out of what she said was the number $42 again. I don't know about any one else but I have never paid that much for a basic manicure and pedicure. And $42 is before TIP! I told the lady that if I knew in the beginning that the extra color that SHE picked out would cost me an extra $7 I would not have gotten it and that she should have TOLD me that there was an extra charge from the beginning! ... She didn't even respond and just kept painting my nails. I don't think that's good business. I really don't like getting ripped off, so if this review saves anyone $50 for a BASIC manicure & pedicure, please don't waste your money or time. read more

I went to this place based on the reviews and was not disappointed. Being down here in the summer only, I didn't know many places. . I had a regular pedicure and the technician did a thorough job and was particular about it being perfect. My feet were a mess so she had to overcome a lot. My manicure was equally good. Nice decor and large flat screens. I did pass on a having a nice beverage , but thought it was a nice touch. Will definitely go back. read more

Waited 45 minutes and walked out without the manicure I came in for after being skipped over repeatedly for walk in pedicures. No one bothered to communicate wait time or provide updates on how much longer the wait would be. Either there are only 2 manicurists or my business is not valued since a pedicure costs more than a manicure. Either way I will never go back, which is a shame since I live down the street and get weekly manicures. read more

Took my daughter here for a manicure and a pedicure and it was so clean and everyone was so nice I decided to have my own mani/pedi done as well. It's beautifully decorated and the owner walks around and makes sure everyone is comfortable, even offering a complimentary drink to everyone. I even felt comfortable enough to allow my 15 yr old to have her eyebrows done for the first time ever while there and they turned out great! This visit was really great and I would def recommend them. We will be back for sure! read more

I am so impressed! Living in cape may for the summer I needed a nail salon. I was overdue for a pedicure and read reviews on salons in the area. So glad I went here! Salon is super clean & staff is cleaning/organizing in front of my eyes. The pedicure tubs aren't just cleaned, they use a plastic disposable liner for each client- yay!!! So hard to find that. The male doing my pedicure was super attentive to detail, gave an awesome leg massage & the pedicure is one of the best I've ever had. I'd advise making an appointment, as they do get busy & backed up... Well worth the wait! read more

Nice but average pedicure (3 1/2 stars) and nice that they offer some customers (not me until I asked) a beverage. The way they handle their customers not so nice ( 1 1/2 stars), it took way too long to actually get serviced. I came with my mom and daughter (who is three). My mom was getting just a pedicure my daughter and I were supposed to get a both a manicure and pedicures. We made our appt for 12:30, we waited until 12:50 to sit in the chair. One woman started my mom while I waited until 1:30 to be given pedicure. It wasn't until I asked when they would take me that they told me 5 more minutes. What I found frustrating was that several people who arrived after me (4 to be exact) were taken prior to me and my daughter. At 2:00 they took my daughter, once she was complete they asked if I wanted a manicure. I kindly said no thanks because it was too late as we were hungry and we had been there for 2hours already. I was surprised that when I mentioned how long we were there she just said all salons are like this. I was taken back at her lack of care for our time. It cost me for a pedicure ($40) for myself and a polish change ($15) for my daughters fingers and toes. Not a very good experience and I will not be returning. read more
