I started with a gel removal before my polish change. Daisy was very gentle with my nails and cuticles. I love how my nails came out. The manicure was quick. The salon was very clean and welcoming. I had a great experience and felt very comfortable which is huge for me when it comes to salons. Prices were very reasonable. This will definitely be my go-to salon for Cape May. My parents have a summer place down there and my mother and I were having a girls trip. We decided to get a pedicure. Eternity nails was close by and seemed like a good place to trust. WRONG. I tried to call as soon as they opened at 10:03am to get an appointment. No answer. We heard they took walk ins so decided to show up since no one was answering. This is the first time there and we notice immediately that there was a sign stating "No bathrooms so don't ask." I was regretting drinking all the water I just had considering I'd be waiting a while if I have to go. Then, I see multiple of the same note stating "If you break it you buy it $25." When the older woman at the desk greeted us, we asked for 2 pedicures and she immediately said, "do you have a reservation?" Her tone wasn't the most welcoming, but we said that we tried but no one answered. The older woman said,"That's because the phones were ringing off the hooks" (apparently since 10:03am). She offered us to come back a 2pm, mind you it was 10:30am. We mentioned it wasn't going to work for us so another woman said 45 minutes. I mentioned we didn't have the time to wait and the worker more than happily said, "okay, have fun!" There was no one in the waiting area and maybe about 5 pedicures happening in the back. Eternity nails staff is unprofessional and rude to customers. I would never go there. We ended up at SUNRISE NAILS SPA II in WILDWOOD and had the best pedicure experience ever. I saw Nina and she was welcoming, kind, and funny. My mother's man was funny too and the four of us made jokes and laughed. The price was so reasonable at Sunrise. They didn't even charge me for a French. I got a French gel pedicure and paid $50. So worth it to go to Sunrise Nails Spa II in Wildwood. See Nina! read more

I have had several surgeries on my ankle and so I always ask for someone that can be gentle but also good with details because I'm honestly picky. Bella did an amazing job! My mom and I got pedicures here today, and while the pedicures themselves were great, there were a couple things that weren't great. We had booked to have pedicures at the same time, but they only had one technician available at our appointment time, so my pedicure didn't start until 35 minutes after my mom's did. The more annoying thing was that we both asked for the Deluxe pedicure for $47 each. I said "Deluxe pedicure for $47" and pointed to it twice to make sure the technician understood. When they brought our bills, they had charged us for the $57 pedicure, and when I brought this to their attention, they just said "Sorry" but still charged us for the $57 price. Interesting customer service philosophy to charge the customers for a mistake made by a technician. It's too bad this happened because this would have become my new favorite Cape May nail salon, but now I'll be avoiding it and advising others to do the same. read more

Very bad experience here. Walked in and was told there was a 45 minute wait. I told the manager that would be no problem and asked if I could step next door to get a coffee. With that I was told she would make me an appt. The appointment time was an hour and a half later. I don't know what happened to the 45 minutes but I didn't say anything and waited patiently. After about twenty minutes of waiting a woman came in at 11:20 and said she was there for her 11:30. The manager then said her appt was at 11:00 and since she was twenty minutes late she could not be seen. The woman said she was fairly her appt was at 11:30 and the manager said she should have been given a card. The woman said she did not recall getting a card. I was shocked to hear the manager's response when she said any employee who did not give an appt card with the correct time would be fired. She even went as far to say that she records everything in the store and she would review the tape to fire any employee who did not give an appt card. Seriously? I mean you would fire an employee over an appointment card? I almost walked out as I was so appalled at this statement but was already committed to the time. The woman stated that she did not want the nail tech to be fired as she had done a great job. After I had waited twenty minutes I was asked if I had gel on my nails. I did and showed her. She said that I had builder gel on my nails and she didn't realize that and because of that she would not be able to see me at all. She said it would take too much time to remove the builder gel. I was frustrated that I wasted my time. She could have looked at my nails when I first walked in. I've never had someone tell me that the gel on my nails was too much of a burden to take off. It was basic gel. I went to Halo nails two minutes away. Everyone there was super friendly and accommodating, Zero drama and I got a great manicure. I dislike giving businesses bad reviews and so rarely do it but this was bad. read more
