I'm sure my search to find the most knowledgeable, reliable, and professional detailer close to me is nothing new to those of us using a detailing service on a regular basis.
Reason for my search-- I've had a detailing service doing our two vehicles twice a month for the past 15 years. Over the past year the service became very unreliable. Not showing up on schedule appointment times, failing to maintain the quality of service they started with and becoming very unprofessional overall.
When I posted my requirements on Yelp Julian was the first to answer. His written communication was very clear, to the point, and professional. Once on his website I notice he had only been in business for a short time with only two pending reviews but had several years of experience prior to starting his business. Yup..... what to do now. Take a chance with Julian a virtually unknown or cut and run to a detailer with hundreds of 5 start possibly fake reviews.
Took the best chance I've taken in awhile.
Julian came out and looked our vehicles over. He noted the insides were pretty clean since the old detailer had done them two weeks prior and we don't use our cars that much ( but they still needed that extra touch inside ).
He noted the sap from our sycamore trees was pretty built up on the paint and explained in detail what he would be doing, products being used, and what we could expect from the work when finished.
Outstanding!!! We couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome, the level of service, and respect shown to us and our vehicles.
It's been over a week and the dust has been blowing due to the winds but out vehicles almost shed the dust and dirt due to the new wax Julian suggested. OUTSTANDING !!!
We found a really knowledgeable and professional detailer in Julian.
Back on for every two weeks wash keeping our vehicles clean thanks to Julian. read more
