As a first time client Ellie was a great! I have always wanted to get a lash lift and tint and she did not disappoint. She was so considerate and kind during the whole process. She took her time to get all my baby lashes and recommend the proper curl for my eye shape. It was an amazing first experience and I look forward to being a regular customer with her! A helpful tip is to park in the parking structure when you visit. That way you don't have to worry about meter times! read more

Owner, Elie, was very rude. She always recommends I purchase a bundle to get a discount on services. Normally a good price but I didn't even get to use this last one because she had to go on leave and didn't work for a year, I asked for a refund since I paid $800. She refused, I had to find a new stylist. Then when she came back I asked again, she refused and wanted to charge me more because it had been a year since I saw her, which was not my fault. So again I asked for a refund. She refused saying she had no money since she was off for a year, then tells me she is remodeling her place. She refuse to reply to my texts. Apparently she doesn't have loyalty to a long time customer or decency to make a situation right. read more

I don't normally write reviews so I hope the pictures speak for themselves!! I discovered this place through a Groupon I purchased for an eyebrow threading service and I couldn't be happier. I was surprised to find out Eli also uses a face razor (which is given to customers to keep and bring back to future appointments) but this was the most even and snatched my eyebrows have been done in a while. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who also struggles with eyebrow hairs that typically grow away from your face! read more

So glad I didn't read the other review prior to getting my brows done here! I have had my eyebrows done at various places throughout my life, but never could find one that I fully trust. They all seemed very average. I found this lady extremely knowledgeable and professional. she's not trying to mass produce and rush to get the job done, she actually wants to help you get your brows done perfectly and help you have it regrow back to the perfect shape. I also found her very courteous and pleasant to talk to. My husband likes to joke that he would never want me as a customer because I am hard to please lol so if I speak highly of any sort of service provided it's probably very legit She gives you a stamp card and you get one free eyebrow session after I think every 10 sessions. read more

OMGOSH! Elli did the most amazing job on my eyebrows! I never really knew how to shape or color so she did it for me and WOW what a beautiful difference! I went in today for a Full Face Threading & she just went above and beyond! Not a hair left in sight! She was so gentle and precise! I'm already going to go back to get my lips stained/colored for good! So excited! Thanks Girl, you're a true Artist and your store is so beautifully decorated and UNIQUE! Christy Sullivan read more

Elli was an absolute delight to be assisted by! She greeted us with a smile in a salon space that was comfortable and chic. When taking care of my eyebrows, she examined my eyebrows and made suggestions which showed me her professionalism and expertise in the area. I was very assured of her skillset and felt I was able to trust her with my eyebrows! She gave me a beautiful youthful eyebrow shape, that effectively uplifted my facial features.I left feeling satisfied and confident in my appearance after my appointment with her; I am certain that I will be a regular customer :) -- highly recommend! read more

Great place to go She knows everything about beauty Good prices I recommend this beauty salon read more

Had my 2nd visit at ETB Beauty last week. Elli is awesome. Her space is clean and very inviting. She talks you through her process and takes care and time the whole way through. I have gone to many threading salons and never received the kind of service that Elli provides. She takes the time to draw out the shape and shows me what she is going to do before starting. I thought threading was the only way to go for my eyebrows but Elli suggested that using a brow razor and tweezing was the best way to go for me. I am very happy with the results thus far. I will continue to entrust my brows to Elli. read more

I definitely recommend coming here for your wax services! Eli is super kind and efficient! I can appreciate that she tried making conversation to distract me from any pain I might have felt during the waxing. She is also very informative as well. Overall I had a great experience and loved my results! read more

I came for a simple eyebrow threading and she took the time to discuss my shape with me, draw it out and help me fix my shape. No one ever does this, they usually just thread my eyebrows and they end up making them thinner than I would like to try to make both even. I am excited to go to my second appointment soon. read more

Im so glad i found ETB Beauty! Elli has done a great job threading my eyebrows. She is such a nice , welcoming , sweet person and i always enjoy having conversation with her. I am usually picky about my eyebrows but Elli does them perfectly every time. The salon is also very clean and neat. I highly recommend her to everyone. read more

All of these negative comments are absolute trash. The service was perfect!! I'm going to Eli's place for over 2 years now and I had a wonderful experience each time and my lashes look amazing and feel healthier than ever.Eli always make sure her clients are happy with their results and she always treat her clients like her own family.People who write negative yelp reviews are simply petty; keep up the great work! This spot is amazing and can't wait to go back again! read more

I am so lucky to find this cute little salon in downtown Walnut Creek. I have very high expectations of beauty salons, I AM PICKY and I have to say, Ellie did a very good job. She was pleasant to work with and I could tell she REALLY cared about what they looked like. I recommend this place and was happy to write this well deserved review! Go Ellie! read more

My first experience at ETB beauty was nothing short of amazing.. The lady was super kind and caring, and she was very attentive. She spent a long time talking with me about the hair style/color I wanted and did an amazing job in making my hair look exactly as I wanted. I must say that I am very picky and I loved her and her work. She takes the time to listen to what you want and then gives insights and ideas and lets you make your decision and she then makes it happen. I absolutely love her work and highly recommend her to everyone. I will definitely be back again. read more

My eyebrows have never looked better in my entire life! Ellie is absolutely amazing at what she does. She takes the time to get the perfect shape for your face and spent time teaching me how to achieve that at home. I love her threading and waxing services and will be returning for the 4th time, this is now a monthly staple. Ellie has a fabulous welcoming personality and makes you feel instantly comfortable! read more

I am not a person to write reviews on places, but this one is must do! I am very selective once it comes to finding someone for my eyebrows. I've been looking for a great artist to know how to do my eyebrows for years. And I found it over here with Elham. She is such a sweet, welcoming lady, whose art in doing my eyebrows has been fantastic. I definitely recommend her to everyone. read more

I've been coming to Elham for the past few months for threading after my prior regular salon closed, and I am so so happy to have found her! She is extremely professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. The first time I went in, she put the time in to discuss my eyebrows with me and make a long term plan to get them into shape. Nobody has ever done that for me and I've been to quite a few different salons over the years. And this effort wasn't just for show either - I've been coming back regularly and can see her plan working. After every visit, my eyebrows look better than they did before and they're in the best shape they've been in years. Not only is she great at what she does, but I also look forward to my appointments because she is extremely warm and welcoming. I love catching up with her and my visits always go by too quickly. I wish I had met her years ago! read more

Long review here but Ellie has truly been a game changer for my eyebrows. Before finding Ellie I've tried other places but always walked out unhappy because they always made my eyebrows very thin. For years I stopped going to salons for eyebrows and just cleaned them up myself at home. They slowly started going out of shape and one day I was walking around downtown Walnut Creek that I saw Ellie's sign. I told myself let me give this a shot again. As Ellie was closing, she kindly squeezed me in last minute. Ellie cared to listen to every detail explaining the shape I wanted and she was very informative about what looks best on my face. I've been going to Ellie for 1.5 months now and she completely transformed my eyebrows into the shape I've always wanted. So happy that I came across her salon!! read more

I am not really your "typical" threading/waxing client. My eyebrows haven't been altered in years, and I (sometimes) shave my legs. But I had a really important event coming up, and I went in for some threading (eyebrows, etc.) and ended up also getting my legs waxed. I do not believe that I have ever experienced a cosmetician (is that the right name) as hard-working, careful, and thorough as Elli. She was committed and thoughtful about getting everything to my satisfaction. And the place is spotless! I am looking forward to going back. read more

Hi advise anyone who's reading this review do not get any services done by this lady. She's very rude and aggressive . I was in the area and wanted to get my brows threaded ,so i decided to give this place a try it was such a horrible experience the lady wanted me to get my eyebrows microbladed and I told her I am not interested I specifically told just want my brows threaded And cleaned. She was so pushy. Like wtf if I wanted my brows tattooed i would go somewhere reputable especially if it's going to be on my face where people can see it's so visible. After I told her I usually fill in my own eye brows once I do my makeup I don't wear makeup everyday so I do not need heavy dark eyebrows I just like mine natural .she got really upset with me and started tugging on my eyelids and skin it was so painful and when i told her to be gentle with my eye area because it's delicate she did not listen she kept digging the tweezers into my skin and ignoring me . I Left with razed bumps and bloody skin. Please do not come here for any services your skin will look like a nightmare. This lady is so pushy I understand she's trying to make ends meet but treating people the way she does will scare people away. Also she tried to ask me if I had Botox and for me to raise up my head like what does my head have to do with her working on my eyebrows I've never had someone tell me to do this . Like wtf just because I'm not old and wrinkled like she is... she doesn't have the right to ask what I do or assume I did botox? So disrespectful and rude!!! I will not be coming back to this shitty hostile environment. I think everyone deserves to know how bad this place is if you want to come out with bloody dented skin go here but I suggest you be careful you might come out looking like a sharpie . Look at all her photos the brows look so dark and harsh. It's uneven and not seamless. I suggest going somewhere else since pmu is permanent you don't want to look like miss sharpie with this bold uneven dark brows her work is so outdated with the trends. read more
