We rented the Challenger limo for our daughter's prom this past Friday and it was more than we expected. It was beautiful! The kids had a blast and it made the night even more special. Brittanie was the driver and she was informative, polite and made us feel like the kids were safe in her hands; and for the parent's it was one less thing to worry about the kids not having to drive. We rented the charger limo for an 80th family birthday dinner on March 21, 2026. Limo arrived on time and driver stated that he was having difficulty getting the inside seating area cooled. There were 8 adults. The advertising states that there was room for 10. You would have to be small children to get 10 in the vehicle. The air vents, some of which did not work , did not keep the inside cool in the slightest. It was at least 90-100 degrees the entire 20 mile trirp. My granddaughter was light headed and did not feel well due to the oppressive temperature. We mentioned this to the driver, who was a really nice gentlemen, and he said he would attempt to cool the inside while we were at dinner. When we were picked up following dinner, the car was not at all cooler. I placed 2 phone calls to the company in an attempt to speak to an owner to no return telephone call. Terrible customer service. I would NOT recommend the charger limo or this company to anyone until they fix the obvious cooling/air conditioning issues. DG read more

Mario and ET Limousine were an essential part of one of our best days ever, our daughter's wedding. His timing was perfect picking us up at our house in north Phoenix and delivering us to the Secret Garden. One of the perks of the pristinely clean party bus limo was the opportunity to drink our champagne with 14 family members there and not have to worry about the ride back home. Looks as if this company hasn't been reviewed in a while, and the most recent review was still 10 months ago. My experience was very different. I booked a bachelorette party/wine tour to Sedona thru Mario who was extremely accommodating and so nice. Our driver was Roger and he was so personable, accommodating, and we felt safe the whole time we were with him which was a total of 8hrs. The Limos were unfortunately already all spoken for, for the weekend however he had a large 14 person transit bus that we used instead and it was perfect! ET Limo Service sent a large tourist bus into San Francisco last night. The bus imbedded itself into the pavement at the corner of Filbert & Jones Streets last night at 6:30PM. TWELVE HOURS later the correct tow truck showed up and has freed the bus. The tow truck + SFPD + flares arrived at 4:30AM. Filing complaints with SF Supervisors, SFPD and AZ police - ET Limo Service should not be allowed to drive into the state of CA again. Extremely ignorant/dangerous. Avoid riding with this company at all costs! read more

We hired them for our wedding day, they were suppose to be at our house at 2:15 Pm to take us, our family, and friends to the wedding venue, we were suppose to be there at 3 pm. After several calls asking where they were we were forced to cancel their service and drive ourselves. We piled into 3 SUV's at 3 pm, which is the time we were suppose to be meeting our photographer at the venue. They did show up on time to pick us up, of course we still had to pay for that ride, and they offered to take us one way to the airport for our honeymoon for free. We live 15 mins from the airport, and to me, that is not enough. Not only did we miss 40 mins with our photographer, but my husband also had to play chauffeur the next day and drive everyone back to their cars. DON'T use this company if you want a nice limo experience on your wedding day! read more

We used ET Limo for our wedding. They just took myself and my wife back to the hotel and my only regret is that we didn't use them for more of our transportation. We chose the Chrysler 300 Stretch which was one of the coolest limos I've ever been in. Our driver was on time (early even), courteous, and helpful. I have been using ET for years now. We have been in several of their limos to include the hummer patio, Chrysler, sprinter and many more. This is the only company I will ever call for any occasion or just because. Always on time and have never had an issue contacting for pickup. THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL!! If the owner of the company can feel comfortable cursing me out when attempting to handle a customer service matter, I could imagine how unsafe, reckless, and unprofessional their cars, staff, and the like are. If you read my other reviews, you will see that I am not difficult to please. But I would say this was the WORST company I've ever dealt with. DO NOT hire this company. The first driver (Beni) was extremely polite, but he should NOT work for this company. He arrived early, and the music in the limo worked. We paid for a second limo to pick us up four hours later. Tarik was 30 minutes late getting to Chase Field and took 10 minutes to find us from there. In addition, he did not ensure that the technology was working. So our group suffered in silence while tired and hungry since we were picked up late. And I had to contact the parents of all the kids to reschedule pickups thanks to these guys not following through on their commitment. I called Customer Service. The man I spoke with was RUDE, DEFENSIVE, and INSULTING. He was extremely unprofessional, and he said, "I don't know what you are looking for. It was a busy day for us. You aren't getting any money back." So if you want to deal with A@@hole, call ET limousine services. But with their inability to give two craps about the customer being satisfied, I'd steer your business elsewhere. read more

On April 13th 2013, my friends and I had our senior prom. As part of the experience, we all saved up our money and each pitched in 62 dollars in order to rent out a Hummer Limousine. We spent extra money in order to rent out the most luxurious of the limousines, which included a drop off top in the back. The limo that pulled up to the house did not contain any of these features. Upon leaving for the dance, no more than 15 minutes into the drive, something went wrong with the limousine causing all electricity powered features to go out, including music, lights, and air conditioning. It was an extremely hot and muggy ride, especially being dressed up in our suits and dresses. Along with this, the limo would not accelerate past 30 mph, and we continued on the freeway. We began traveling at around 30 mph near 35th avenue and the 101. We did not exit the freeway until we made it to Scottsdale Road and the 101. Basically we were driving on the outside lane of the freeway at 30 mph for over 10 miles, with no electricity inside of the limo. After exiting the freeway, we continued to drive down Scottsdale Road at a staggering 25 mph. About 2 miles from our final destination, they finally pulled the limo over where we were met by three vehicles. Two of them were black SUV's, and the other was an old white work van. So we essentially drove all that way, a good hour drive because of how slow we were going, to be dropped off two miles from the prom and switched into these vans. We didn't even get to arrive at our prom in the Hummer limousine, like we paid for, after driving basically the whole way in it anyway. Right before we walked into the dance, we were told they would have the limousine fixed and ready to go by the time prom ended. We were dropped of at approximately 7:35 PM. Prom ended at 11 PM. After a fun time on the dance floor we were not picked up from the Prom in a newely fixed Hummer Limousine like we were told/paid for. In fact, we had two freshly washed airport shuttle busses waiting to drive us home in style and luxury. We were driven home in these lifeless vans, however the drivers were competent enough to stop at a Shell gas station on the way home where we could buy ourselves some drinks, because none were provided for us in the vans. We were then dropped off back at home, where we found out we would barely be compensated for our experience. The total cost of renting out what was supposed to be the finest of their Hummer Limousines was $900 dollars. They offered to refund us only $400 of what we originally paid. The experience we received was in to way worth even $500 dollars. We did not pay $500 dollars for a ride to and from prom in vans and airport shuttle busses. Unfortunately now when we all look back on our Senior Prom, we will not first think of the great time we had with all of our friends. We will now, instead, think right to how we got scammed out of 500 dollars by a limousine company that picked us up from prom in airport shuttle busses. read more

Had a pickup from the airport scheduled this morning the driver was early, well mannered, and professional. He assisted me into the car and secured my luggage got me to the airport just as I scheduled with the company and even assisted with me curbside luggage check in. I come to Phoenix frequently for business and usually use taxis or über but after this experience I won't use any other transportation service in AZ! Two thumbs up, keep up the great work. read more

Do not get scammed! as other reviewers have posted, stay away from this shady company. I'm posting this review a little late after ordering the black car service. The owner of the company who set everything up sounded rushed and sketchy the entire time I was on the phone with him and I got this gut feeling that something was wrong but I decided to overlook it. I had picked one of the "higher end" SUVS his company offered and hoped for the best. That was the biggest mistake I made here. I was waiting for my pickup to dinner that I had set a reservation for me and my fiancé and I had a bad feeling the entire time. I actually already knew what was about to happen! After calling and not getting a reply for over an hour I cancel the reservation dinner. Then about two hours later the owner himself shows up in an old, dilapidated and beat up SUVS that he touted as the "best in the entire fleet". I laughed hilariously about this with my fiance later but at the time I just wanted him to leave and not bother me at my home. He calls me from his car and I politely decline and refer him to the voicemaileft I left saying I had cancelled and that he could keep whatever fees I already paid. Fifteen minutes of harassment later and the threat of a call to the police on him and he screeches off leaving nice tire skid marks on the sidewalk he was partly parked on facing the wrong way. I didn't care about the money I lost to him, but that company is absolute garbage and you'll be able to tell just by talking to ther sketchy owner when you try to set up a ride. I HIGHLY recommend you pick ANY company other than this one, even the crappiest looking one and you'll get a much better deal. It's almost funny how pathetic and sketchy the company is but someone who saves up all their money for a "premium" ride here would be pissed. read more

My firm contracted with ET Limo service for a Scavenger Hunt. The driver arrived promptly however I was told by him that the partition window was stuck in the upright position and the Scavenger team would have to call the driver on his cell phone to direct him to the specific locations they needed to go (seriously?). Because this was a timed event, the team was at a huge disadvantage with this defect. Secondly the door for the passengers to exit was a "gulf wing" type that was very difficult to open from the inside so the driver had to get out and open the door. Again, another disadvantage for the team as they needed to jump in and out of the vehicle quickly. Obviously this team came in last and when I called the following business day, and attempted to explain the issues and asked for a discount off our invoice, I was told I should have called when the defect was noticed. Since this information was given to me 10 minutes before the "Scavenger hunt" started, there was no way we could wait for a substitute car. While the driver apologized profusely, I feel that they should have never put this car into service with the issues noted. On top of all that, when I called Mario, he was not even apologetic, he had a "too bad" attitude. I have the opportunity to rent limos regularly and will never use this company again. read more
