I absolutely adore the program here. My daughter has been attending this preschool since just…read morebefore she turned 3. At first, I was a little nervous about the bi-lingual curriculum (I don't speak Spanish), but it has been great. They emphasize independence, self-control and curiosity. Most importantly, they model the behavior they want the children to learn. Manners, respect, and care! The teachers are excellent, personable and patient. The care that they put into the curriculum is outstanding. Each activity is arranged with thought and purpose. My daughter is encouraged every day to pursue what she wants to learn, and persist until she has mastered a skill. She does art, Kindermusik, yoga, and works with physical materials that are preparing her for reading, writing, and math. She is also learning to master practical skills like buttons, lacing, washing, and pretty much everything! She also plays outside. I also want to mention the emphasis on health here. The snacks are healthy, and they expect you to pack a healthy lunch for your child or use the meal service. But also they teach the kids table manners, food preparation, and how to approach eating as a "meal" activity that is bonding rather than just a "break". I know I already said it, but I really love this place! They really try to engage the parents in what they are trying to accomplish, and want to really know your child so they can best guide and teach them. This place is a gem!!

Our first day was during a day called belongingness day where they had food from all around the world. The teacher we had cared so much about her little students. The head of department is a gem of a person and I just wish we could have stayed there longer ! But we had to move. Thank you Primrose for being such a beautiful place for my little one to grow. We will always hold a place for you in our hearts.

I also don't think any school is perfect. I think I have high expectations but wouldn't say I nitpick so the fact that I'm giving primrose 5 stars says a lot. I have had a toddler here since July and an infant here since September. This is the 3rd school my toddler has been to so I have experiences to compare to. He was at Goddard for 3 years and young hearts for 5 months prior to me moving him to primrose. I think primrose exceeds at the opportunities they provide for their students. I'm impressed with activities like the testing they do, holiday concerts, parents night out, trunk or treat, etc. The infant class teachers are exceptional. I don't leave my baby with anyone but feel safe and comfortable leaving him with Hall, King and Verdugo everyday. The love and care they have for my son makes my heart happy. My son also smiles when he sees them which feels great when dropping him off before going to work. My oldest has Leyva and Mirenda and I know they have their work cut out for them with pre-k students. They do a great job providing a balance of structure and care for the children. My son loves school, his friends, and always hugs his teachers. They keep me in the loop on his behavior and we work together on how to make sure he is thriving. They provide snacks and lunch which is a nice weight off the parent's shoulders and allows for more family time so you don't have to pack anything. All daycares are expensive but for what they provide, I feel like their prices are reasonable. One time they accidentally gave my breast milk to the wrong family and while I was of course disappointed, I appreciated how apologetic they were -- mistakes happen. I felt bad for how bad the teacher felt. The also replaced our bottles which was very appreciated. Overall, I'm very happy with our choice to send our boys here and recommend them!

Knight Academy sent me my 2020 tax information showing at the end of the year I had a negative balance of -280.00. When I emailed back to ask if I was owed a refund staff emailed back and stated that- they would get back to me the next day. I waited a few weeks figuring they were busy. I sent a follow up email and got no response. I gave it a few more days then when I tried to call about the issue on a Friday afternoon my call went to voicemail. 7 times. It is VERY strange for a daycare to not answer in the middle of a Friday so that's when I realized they were avoiding me. After blocking my number I was able to get a hold of someone who told me to contact the director. I tried to email director for a simple question of "Am I owed a refund or not?" and it bounced back which has never happened to my emails to them before. Based off all this I would not recommend this company to anyone I know.

This is a review for Knight Academy management - we've heard the teachers who run the before and…read moreafter school programs are lovely. Our experience with Knight Academy has been abysmal. Knight Academy notified TOPA parents of a spring break camp on 3/2 with spring break starting on 3/6. That should have been the first red flag. But we signed our daughter up thinking it would be fun for her to hang out with her classmates at Knight Academy on her campus during the week-long spring break camp. The spring break camp confirmation email was riddled with spelling errors and conflicting information about where the camp would be held. Pretty sketchy coming from an "educational academy". Second red flag. Then on Sunday morning - the day before the first day of spring break camp -we get an email that camp had been cancelled due to lack of registrations. What did they think would happen when they notify parents four days before camp begins that there's even going to be a camp?? Third red flag. Their camp cancellation notice also stated that refunds had been processed and would be received in 5-7 business days. We're on business day 19 and still haven't received a refund. Four red flags now... The icing on the cake and the fifth and final red flag was the additional notification we received through their payment system - Active Advantage - that we had been signed up for a MONTHLY Active.com membership for $89.95 that we did not agree to (google active advantage membership scam if you want details). Thus ensued a way too complicated series of emails to Active Advantage's customer service department demanding that the membership we "agreed to" be canceled. Turns out the "join" button is pre-selected "yes" when you check out. If you don't catch it and de-select you're in for a fun ride and out $90/month. Pretty gross business practice IMHO. Avoid this place unless you have no alternatives. As stated at the top - we've heard wonderful things about the teachers but management at Knight Academy needs to get it together if they want to be taken seriously as an "educational academy".

We came from another local daycare facility in the area, and we are so glad we found this place. From the outside, the building might look small and a bit tucked away, but it truly proves the saying "you can't judge a book by its cover." Once you walk inside, the facility is surprisingly large and spacious, with beautifully decorated high ceilings and thoughtfully designed learning areas. Lily, the Director, has been amazing from the start. She regularly checks in with us and makes sure everything is going well. She and the entire staff are incredibly cheerful and professional, while also creating a genuine sense of care and trust. Every morning we are greeted with smiles, and my son is excited to go to class each day. One of the biggest differences we've noticed compared to our previous daycare is the variety of activities and spaces available to the kids. Because the facility is so large, the children aren't confined to one room or a single playground all day. Instead, they get to move throughout the school and experience different environments. Some of the amazing things available to the kids include: - A mini cafeteria where they can participate in cooking activities - A science lab - An indoor basketball court - An in-school library with Spanish lessons - A media center - Three large playgrounds for different age groups - Art classes - An imagination center for dress-up and creative play - A large activity room with a stage, toys, and tables for group play The environment allows kids to explore, learn, and move throughout the day rather than being cooped up in a single classroom. They have space, freedom, and endless opportunities to grow. Since starting here, we've already seen so much development in our son compared to our previous facility. We're incredibly happy with our decision and excited to continue our journey here.

They set up a space for the kids to distance learn and then had fun activities for them to do. We just recently took in my granddaughter and needed childcare, so naturally I came back to my friends at Creme de la Creme. The culinary space is amazing, imagination island is a little town of make believe, and the science room looks like a solar system. This place is AWESOME. Highly highly highly recommend a tour and you can decide for yourself!
