Jillian advised that the manufacturer did not make a square header. Well, that should have been said during the 6 weeks for manufacturing. My order clearly states square header. I am still waiting for a resolution. I paid $1,565.00 for a specific type of shower door header. You can come and take them back and replace them with the correct one. I have not used them at all. Me and my husband have called and left numerous messages. Jillian has not returned any calls. The rails and all my hardware are square and at that cost, I expect what I ordered. The replacement would need to be ordered from Anderson, would take a few days to get, and would be wood instead of the plastic frame that it was. (the window in question was not an Anderson and was not the same size) Freedom removed the window and even ran it to their shop to make sure that the glass replacement was perfect. When they came to install it, they alerted me the hinges were not standard on my closeout China Steam Shower. They advised we get a new door to ensure everything was perfect. I had to wait another two weeks but didn't pay a dime toward another door. Not only that, they upgraded the silicone channel edging that keeps the steam inside. When everything goes right it is great but it might mean you just got lucky. When a contractor gives you an ideal outcome even when they ended up buying a second new tempered glass door, you know you selected the right people.
