What if my husband didn't give David the right instructions of what I wanted at the consultation? David and another gentleman arrived on time and were wonderful! This is, without question, the worst repair service I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with…read more Our business door was out of fire code compliance and needed to be repaired urgently. We hired Artem and his team - a decision we regret. 1. They repeatedly no-showed. They kept promising to come take measurements and never showed up. I had to call multiple times just to get a response. They had to come twice to take measurements, which delayed the project by weeks. 2. They brought the wrong door. When they finally came to install, the door was too large - so instead of getting the right one, they carved into our wall to force it to fit. 3. The door had no lock. For a business! When I asked why, they had no answer. They had to return the next day to install a proper lock - which, by the way, is still not adequate. This delayed the project and disrupted our business operations. 4. They left our space damaged. Floors and walls were left with significant damage after they were done. 5. They installed the wrong hinges. The door required self-closing hinges to meet NY State Fire Code - the very code issue we hired them to fix. They failed to do even that. After all of this, they demanded full payment and became hostile when we pushed back. We now have to pay additional costs to fix the mess they created. We'd ask them to correct it themselves, but we will never work with them again.

Promised the job would be done in 2 weeks and it took almost a year, of me chasing him to finally come back. He never finished and said "my hearts not in it any more I'll just do one more thing and that's it" - never finished the job - rudeness I wasn't going to post because he said he didn't want to do this work anymore and was shutting down his business. Their service is excellent and they were a pleasure to work with. I depended on white glove delivery service to carry a 245lb dining table top into our home up one flight of stairs.
