Fast Forward as I believe in second chances On 5/17/23 they reached back out I believe the name was Trevor to which I explained that last time they had to reschedule and if we were going to schedule that I expected someone to come out this time. Scheduled an appointment for 5/25 at 4pm. At 4:54pm on 5/25, 54 mins after my appointment I finally received a text "Hey this is Patrick with on top home services I'm sorry I couldn't make pur Everlights appointment my machine was having issues, is there any way you could send me some pictures and I could give you an estimate that way?" The day of the appointment they no-showed and when I messaged them to see if they were still coming they started making up a bunch of reasons why they couldn't come and how the appointment was confirmed on my end, but not on theirs (which makes no sense). It seems they probably did not want to service my property because the job was too small. There was no attempt to apologize (if anything their tone was confrontational). Something to keep in mind when considering this company. UPDATE: The business has replied to my review below with a bunch of falsehoods- smearing their customers is apparently what they do when their lack of professionalism is pointed out. I stand by my review. I've attached some screenshots of our conversation which speak for themselves. UPDATE #2: The business has replaced their original comment with an equally factually inaccurate comment. Rather than addressing each individual false comment they post, I will continue to let my screenshots do the speaking.
