Each bridesmaid paid $300 each for our hair and makeup. I was on time for my scheduled session and I was rushed and got a terrible makeup job. The hair and makeup looked nothing like the photo I showed them. The hair was lopsided because the girl did it without a mirror in front of me. I kept having to ask her to make both sides match. My eyeliner was as if the makeup artist never did it before. I asked her to make it an even line instead of a weird shape on my eyelid. I was told they can't fix it because they need to pack up their supplies and leave. I walked out upset and came back 10 mins later and the whole team was just sitting in a circle hanging out. I waited a few mins and finally said to them, oh I thought u couldn't fix my eyeliner because you needed to leave. I was told they weren't hanging out- they were "having a meeting". I didn't bring my makeup that day so I was stuck with whatever they gave me. It was the ugliest I've ever felt and I had a whole day of photos and celebrations to go in that makeup. I didn't bring my own makeup because I figured I was having it professionally done (my mistake) and paying a lot of money for it. It's all I thought about for the rest of the day- how rude they were and unaccommodating. I mean I was asking them to do what they're being paid to do. It's not a big ask. The team acted as if it was their first time doing hair and makeup. I later realized the makeup girl had no idea what I was saying, she was just saying ok. When I asked about my eye makeup (pointing at my eye), she started painting more eyebrow makeup on me. I said no... my eye. Not eye brow. Bottom line, save your money (and the heartache) and do your own makeup. I don't leave reviews but I thought their behavior (and price) was outrageous.
