I love sweet potatoes and I have not had a sweet potato dish or dessert that I didn't like. This cheesecake kept the streak alive. I'm assuming this is a seasonal dish, but I really wish it was a permanent item on the menu. If there was a way that I could eat this every day and not gain weight, I would. When I told her that I was looking for a coffee-based bubble tea, she let me try the tapioca balls that have coffee in them. After learning about all the options, I ended up making a cold coffee bubble tea that had their iced coffee, Hokkaido milk, tapioca balls, and the coffee-bursting tapioca balls. It was really delicious. The owner came out to say hi too. He shares that all the ingredients are imported from his native Taiwan. How wonderful! I will be back to try more of the various tea bases and toppings!
