Dr. Hatami is a woman of integrity -- patient, professional, detail-oriented, and truly gifted in dentistry. She has a keen eye for making sure everything is done correctly and with excellence. Not only is she an incredible dentist, but the specialists she works with reflect that same high standard of care and professionalism. My smile is so beautiful today because of the quality, precision, and genuine care I've received by Dr. Hatami & her team. I'm currently working with Misha on my SureSmile treatment after she helped me through my implant process, and the experience has been seamless. She is such a joy to visit, and you can truly tell she loves what she does. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and always makes the process feel comfortable. Melanie is also an amazing hygienist -- thorough, gentle, and knowledgeable. Jessica, Vicente, and Kirsten have all been wonderful when it comes to scheduling and accommodating my busy schedule, which I truly appreciate. It has definitely been a journey, but such a positive and rewarding one because this is a team that truly loves what they do and genuinely cares about their patients. Taking care of your oral health is so important, and Dr. Hatami and her team make the entire experience pleasant, comfortable, and worth it. I'm incredibly grateful for them and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-tier dental care.

From the very first interaction, she and her team exceeded my expectations. I called the day after a holiday weekend with a cracked molar and was able to get an appointment quickly. From that initial call through my office visit and cleaning, the team was not only attentive and professional, but genuinely compassionate--they understood my nervousness about returning to a dentist. When Dr. Hatami recommended tooth extraction, they referred me to a specialist facility that was just as amazing as they were. The extraction was performed the very next morning--an impressive turnaround that showed how seamlessly they coordinated my care. What made this experience meaningful is the context: my last dental visit was so traumatic that I didn't see a dentist for 15 years. But Dr. Hatami's compassionate approach helped me feel comfortable returning. Thankfully, my consistent at-home care kept major issues at bay, and with her help, I've now addressed the cracked molar. I can't recommend Dr. Hatami and her team highly enough. They restored my confidence in dental care--and validated my coworker's referral completely.

From the moment I walked in, Jolina at the front desk made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She explained everything clearly, especially the financial side, which immediately put me at ease. Letty was also incredibly helpful in breaking down my insurance versus out-of-pocket costs. She made everything easy to understand, which I really appreciated. Val, the dental assistant, was very welcoming and helped me relax during my visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about patient comfort. Dr. Lalifa is outstanding. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was top-tier. I felt like I was in very good hands the entire time. A special thank you to Mido, the dental hygienist who helped me with my deep cleaning. She was incredibly friendly, made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, and honestly motivated me to take my dental health more seriously moving forward. And lastly, Alex at the front desk made the checkout process smooth and clearly explained my next steps and provided all my receipts. Overall, this team made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy, comfortable, and even motivating. Highly recommend Spring Hills Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a professional and genuinely caring dental office.

Because of past dental trauma, I hadn't been to a dentist since 2020. I called several offices that morning, but Nora was the first person to answer. Her kindness immediately put me at ease, and she got me scheduled quickly. That same warmth greeted me when I walked through the door. Then I met Kayla, who was an absolute Godsend. I came in already struggling with a cane and boot from an ankle injury, and we connected over her own experience with an injury. She explained everything before doing it and was incredibly gentle with my photos and X-rays. But what meant the most was her compassion. When I became emotional about the years of damage to my teeth, she handed me tissues, reminded me to breathe and told me, "one step at a time." I never once felt judged. I felt safe. Vanessa, my hygienist, was incredibly kind, informative and compassionate. Dr. Kim took his time explaining what was happening, what could be fixed and all of my options. When I asked for his personal advice, he explained how each option could affect me long-term, which helped calm so much of my anxiety. Finally, Letty walked me through my treatment plan and finances. Instead of just handing me a huge number, she broke everything down, helped me prioritize what was most urgent and discussed ways to make treatment manageable. When I wasn't approved for enough financing and felt defeated, she suggested looking into individual dental insurance--giving me another option and hope instead of making me feel like the conversation was over. I didn't even have dental work done that day--this 5-star review is based entirely on the exceptional care I received during my exam. From Nora answering my frightened phone call, to Kayla helping me through my anxiety, Vanessa educating me, Dr. Kim explaining my options and Letty helping me find a path forward, I felt cared for at every single step. I walked in fearful, stressed and overwhelmed. I walked out feeling relaxed, understood, seen and heard. Most importantly, I walked in because my tooth broke, but walked out feeling like something much bigger had been repaired--my trust in dental care. I truly believe God led me to this office when I needed it. I'm now looking forward to getting my dental health back on track and becoming a regular patient at Spring Hills. Nora, Kayla, Vanessa, Dr. Kim and Letty--thank you. Your kindness and compassion made an impact far beyond a dental exam. The gifts were sweet, but my experience with the Spring Hills team was even sweeter. You didn't just gain a patient. You helped someone who was afraid of the dentist finally feel safe enough to come back. I can't wait to return!

BEWARE...DR. IWATA no longer owns this practice!! After over 15 years of excellent dental care with…read moreDr. Iwata in Loma Linda, I am deeply disappointed by the changes implemented since his retirement less than a year ago. The new owners, Dr. Johnson and team, require X-rays every 12 to 18 months , even though the ADA recommends X-rays every 24 to 36 months, unless there is a significant dental issue (https://www.ada.org/enmember-center/oral-health-topics/~/media/0666B35FBAFF4459814E5E635142638A.ashx). At my recent teeth cleaning appointment, I was told X-rays were MANDATORY and that the cleaning could not proceed without them. I explained that I was not interested in having X-rays since it had only been 18 months since my last set, and I've had no dental issues. Despite offering to sign a liability waiver TWICE during our conversation, the dentist refused and insisted on the X-rays. Being coerced into paying for an unnecessary service is both frustrating and UNETHICAL. Patients should have the right to make informed decisions about their care without pressure or ultimatums. This is based upon my experience of working in health care for 30+ years. Furthermore, the practice still heavily utilizes Dr. Iwata's name in texts, on their website, and in other communications, despite his retirement nine months ago. It is concerning that the new dentists' names and information are not mentioned on the website so patients can research where they went to school, work experience, etc. This reliance on Dr. Iwata's reputation and unwillingness to publicly attach their name to Dr. Iwata's FORMER practice, suggests they may be struggling to build trust with patients on their own merit. The staff, who formerly worked for Dr. Iwata, are excellent but without a competent dentist who values their patients there is not a reason to continue seeking care at this practice. Other changes include a $50 fee for canceling an appointment less than 48 hours in advance and requiring a dentist consultation at EVERY cleaning, resulting in additional charges. Under Dr. Iwata, cleanings were straightforward and did not necessitate extra fees unless the Hygienist found something of concern. Many times, Dr. Iwata would come in to assess xrays or my chart without charging a consultation fee. There are MANY excellent dentists in the area, so it is time to move on to one who RESPECTS patients, VALUES their choices, and builds trust based on their own reputation--not someone else's.

The only person who took care of me and is human (unlike the others) is Veronica (the dental hygienist). The receptionist had to do my X-ray of my teeth and kept saying " I think this is right" "I hope this is right" WTF you're literally shooting an X-ray at my face without even knowing what you're doing. Then the dentist herself kept poking at my teeth and then, without even examining my fills said "yeah so you need 3 crowns because the fillings are cracking" When I told the dentist no to scheduling a crown and how I don't want that, she started cleaning my teeth and was SO AGGRESSIVE! My teeth have never been through an experience like that, neither have I! She kept yelling at me when I told her that I have ear buds in and to just do what they needed to do~ yelling won't help you out hun! Again, such an aggressive dentist. I hope her clients are doing ok!! Thank you Veronica for taking care of me, you deserve a better job! Please look into other places that will take care of you as well! Also! I was lied too before the appointment (saying how they are new and only have a certain days/times open.)

Well, "level up" barely describes the experience we have had so far with Dr. Wang and her associates! First and foremost, Dr. Wang is a passionate dental educator at heart and incredibly professional and knowledgable! My new patient visit included x-rays, a thorough cleaning, MANY photos of what my teeth actually look like (yikes, the plaque!), a tooth-brushing demonstration, and guidance about how to use a Water Pik. The treatment plan she formulated for me was conservative, fair, and reasonable, and there was not one attempt to try to upsell me. She taught me so much about my teeth and oral hygiene care in that initial visit. And like any good educator, she was transparent about the work she was doing and what she plans to do with my teeth. I found her to be so motivating and encouraging. As someone who has never been a consistently good dental patient, I really appreciated her approach. I went back a month later for a few fillings and she showed me (via before and after photos) how much I've improved in my oral hygiene and a few areas where I need to be more diligent. That was really helpful and I will look forward to this monitoring in subsequent visits. The vibe in the office? Welcoming, friendly, and completely patient-centered. Heather, Natalia, and Sarah, along with Dr. Wang, are all so personable, sweet, and relaxed. If you are looking for a dental professional of this caliber, Dr. Michelle Wang is the one!
