Many people who live in Baja Norte keep PO Boxes here (this is literally about 10 minutes walk from the border). It is always busy, the parking lot can be a little cramped at times. Personnel are very nice and helpful but speak only limited English (some are fluent in both languages). It is much easier to just speak Spanish here but be forewarned if you don't speak Spanish may be a little harder to find someone to help you. The only thing that sucks is it doesn't have one of those machines where you can buy postage and prep your own package for mailing.

They don't make mistakes, I get all my mail, they are price friendly, and family run/operated so you always get great service. At my request, they help me with my Spanish as well! ;o) (IOW, they tolerate my attempts at Spanish since I am too embarrassed to use it around people I don't know for fear I will make a mistake.)
