I will definitely use Roman and IVB any time I need business assistance.

The FedEx delivery drivers do not knock or barely knock. Then they take off to the next address…read more This has happened multiple times and it's unacceptable. It requires one of two things, (1) another delivery attempt where they do the same thing, or (2) they have you drive to this location to pick your item up. This wastes the customer's time, gasoline and more. The app gives you a QR code which for whatever reason this location cannot scan. That seems odd but par for this company. Got a complaint? You'll enjoy a brainless chat bot to resolve your issue. As of today I am finally done using FedEx and hope others do the same. Try UPS or another provider.

There was a new guy working who didn't seem to know how to work the tape dispenser and spent too much time trying to tape a box - that was just one factor adding to the slowdown here. Once we got to the front of the line it took some time to ensure everything was entered correctly as they spelled my name as Tanny. Overall I think we were at this location for about 40 min on a weekday afternoon.

I want to note that not only do we receive many deliveries from other companies but Estes had successfully delivered on two previous occasions recently. The most recent delivery, however, was difficult for the driver because he pulled onto the shoulder of the road... on to soft dirt, and got stuck. Had the driver stayed on the road there wouldn't have been a problem. We mentioned this to Estes... they still refuse to deliver. So, the delivery of our order is in limbo because Estes refuses to follow the logical rules of not pulling into soft dirt. Our order is hijacked and is a huge inconvenience not only to use but to the workers who would like to complete the job. Thanks for nothing Estes.

The package was super heavy but he managed to get it on the porch, which would have been difficult for me to do on my own. Really appreciate him calling, whereas another delivery person may have just left the package wherever and gone about his day. Thank you Carlos! I ordered the item through Home Depot, and the delivery company initially had my address and phone number wrong which is odd. But after calling Home Depot who called the delivery company who called All Freight which contracts for the delivery company in this area, we got the details worked out. I don't fault All Freight for this, and everything worked out so it's fine, but just a note for the middle delivery company as something clearly got lost in the comms getting that info to All Freight. Thanks!
