My massage was brilliant! I work out quite often and have a lot of tension as well as soreness in my muscles. Sylvia knew exactly what to do and found all the spots that were tight and helped work them all out. She used the exact amount of pressure that was needed, and, as deep tissue massages, go, while slightly uncomfortable at times due to soreness in the muscles, it was never truly painful.
