Unfortunately I got contact dermatitis on my face where I laid on the bed. I'm not sure it is the detergent they used to clean the fabric or the lack of. The value of the place when getting the membership is worth it though because we got a military package for $70 a month. I was able to get a free eyebrow waxing and it was done very well. Overall I liked the amount of options available but I'm upset that it technically isn't a full 2 hours and that I got contact dermatitis after.

The Laurel line smells so wonderful, a combo of herbs that makes you feel so relaxed but not sleepy. Afterwards I was given a card to use since I live locally for future treatments so I could get a chance to receive a surprise after a certain number of treatments. I also received samples of the Laurel skin cleanser and the sunscreen. I did have the chance to use both and am so impressed by both. Just a smidgen of each applied has improved my complexion. Definitely going to set up regular follow up treatments. Also right after my facial, my complexion felt so calm and not inflamed though I had been following all the correct ways to keep a clearer complexion such as drinking plenty of water, not touching my face, sleeping with my hair pulled away from my face, using cleanser free of perfume, etc. The spa is so very clean and I was quite impressed.

The staff range from super friendly to quiet and reserved but no one is rude. I also really appreciate that they don't "nickel and dime" you like another salon in the area that started charging extra for basic pedicure procedure (here's looking at you, Uptown Nails). Also while she was doing my hair she noticed areas of my hair that needed more attention and care and made me aware of what I could do to help those areas. The time it took for her to do my hair flew by because of the conversations and attention she paid to me. Since our first visit three years ago was great, we decided to try them again. We were delighted that this facility was still providing quality service and adherence to CDC guidelines. All four of us were serviced together and all tools used for the pedicure were new and opened in our presence. The foot baths were freshly prepped in our presence to include fresh tub liners for each foot bath. Clinicians all wore face mask and gloves. We watched them dispose of the instruments used for each pedicure and the re-cleaning of the stations which included the entire pedicure chair.
