I enjoy the foot spa the customer service is excellent and they are all so friendly. They have massage chairs for those that don't want to lay on the tables for their massage. On a recent vacation, I decided to take my mom and aunt to this foot spa. Upon entering, I was unable to see in front of me, as the room was very dim and we had just come in from outside where the sun was bright. I told them that we couldn't see but the manager/owner grew impatient with my mother. He said, "Just come. Sit here." She said she didn't know where to sit and couldn't see. He responded, "There are other people here. Just sit down." She went to sit and fell to the floor, hurting her hip. They did not offer to help her up and I lifted my 71 year old mother. I am so disappointed. As for the massage, it was mediocre. However, the entire experience was ruined by the worry for my mother. It would be helpful to guide clients to the chair and assist as needed. read more

I feel so lucky that this little gem of a place opened just down the road from me. The prices are reasonable, there's no membership fee and all the hassle that goes with that and if you don't have an appointment, don't worry! This place didn't have any reviews which made me nervous but the pics looked similar to what I'm used to in NY. The place was clean, comfortable, and the two staff members were both pleasant. Three words: Relaxing, Awesome, Rebook!! Yesterday, I had my first experience at Taiwan Foot Spa. I made an appointment for the 60 minute foot massage/reflexology session. I was greeted when I walked in and then ushered back to my spa area. I was presented with melon and grapes which I ate at the end of the session. The lights were dim and relaxing music was playing. I slipped my sandals off (I was wearing shorts) and sat on a comfy stool. Steve was my therapist. After getting me settled and placing my feet in warm water, he massaged my back, shoulders, neck, arms, and head. After this, I laid down on a reclining chaise and he began the foot massage/reflexology therapy. It was amazing! Near the end of my 60-minute session, hot stones were used on my feet and calves - it was super relaxing. Then my lower legs and feet were wrapped in warm wet towels. I was given a final leg stretch and the session was complete. As I mentioned, I ate the delicious fruit and slipped my sandals back on and made my way back to reception. I immediately rebooked my bext appointment (yes, please!!) and will be back next week! I highly recommend this business. It's clean, comfy, and was what my tired feet needed! Enjoy!! read more

Had a bit of time in the afternoon on Sunday so I stopped in as I saw online that walk ins were welcome. To my surprise I only had to wait about 20 minutes. I had the 60 minute reflexology massage which consisted of a 10 minute soak for my feet in a warm/hot bucket of water - while my masseuse massaged my neck, shoulders, back, and arms. I then laid down on a partially reclined chair (very comfortable) while she worked on my feet, ankles, and lower legs. Overall the massage was great and it resolved some foot pain that I was recently experiencing. The location was super clean and the chairs and environment was comfortable. The areas where the massage takes place is separated by floor to ceiling curtains so I could hear others around me. Fortunately, there was only one other person getting a massage and they weren't loud. When paying cash you receive a 5% discount so my bill was only $46 - well worth the price for the hour long massage. I recommend this place and will likely return. read more
