The amount of detail and effort was unbelievably heroic. They cleaned the ceilings, walls, every crevice, disassembled/cleaned/reassembled my kitchen appliances, moved everything, scrubbed everything, turned the entire house upside down and did a total restoration. My stove was cleaned to the best of my ability, but after they did their magic, the years of baked on oil and grime were erased completely. They recaulked the bathrooms and touched up the paint on the cabinets. What! Toilets were cleaned amazingly well even the inside of the tanks. They completely renewed the house. As a result it feels new. There's so much less dust now overall. We didn't have a neglected or dirty house in the first place, but they went so far above and beyond what we were capable of. We hired them to provide the commercial office cleaning services for our facility in Pomona which is 62,000 square feet with over 120 employees. Suffice to say it's a large facility and they have handled the janitorial cleaning quite wonderfully so far. They come in 5 times per week, after hours and they also send a day porter in for 4 hours during the day. We've had a few minor issues to date like a few missed trash bins and a couple times paper towels were not restocked hence the docking of 1 star but we feel this may just be due to the large scope of work at our facility and them getting used to the building.
