I purchased a lg q6 battery the shipping was fast and the product installed with no issue. 5 months later the battery decided it didn't want to work. I spoke with Jeff on the support chat. He resolved my issue hassle free. I will not hesitate to order again. Thanks again Jeff. read more

Selling products at a MASSIVE mark-up. This company is buying phone parts from a company called Mobilesentrix and is selling them for an absurd mark up. for example a simple part like a loudspeaker for an iPhone 12 pro max is $7.76 on that website but $27:99 on esource parts. An even more absurd example is a sim tray for an iPhone 12 mini. $1.44 on Mobilesentrix. $13.99 on esource parts! why! that's absurd! Ok we understand that you need to make a profit but there's no reason under any circumstance should a simple $1-5 sim tray cost $14 before taxes and shipping! That's absurd! It's like this for every product they sell too. Not just a one-off or select few. And if you ask me how i know they buy their parts and products from that website it's simple. they simply don't bother to remove the proprietary logos/watermark they use on the product images on their website simply found nowhere else thinking that most people will not notice but as a Mobilesentrix customer i instantly noticed this. not only that but they are literally selling ampsentrix branded products/replacement batteries which is a Mobilesentrix exclusive brand owned and operated by Mobilesentrix themselves and you won't find it sold anywhere else. a Samsung S24 ultra battery is $20.99 on the official website. $45.99 on esource parts before any tax and shipping charge! more than double the price! A replacement main flex cable for a Samsung Galaxy A52 ($2-5 dollar part at most) is $2.42 on the official website, $16:99 on esource parts! how does this make sense! Anyone will realize something is wrong once they are made aware of the difference. it isn't like this company is offering free shipping or something like that on whatever part you order whether it's a $3 part of $200 part. If that was the case then it would make sense as shipping costs nowadays is crazy expensive when ordering single items even if it's something very small like a few ribbon cables or a single loudspeaker for an iPhone. but there isn't the case you still have to pay shipping on that website and get this! Mobilesentrix offers a few flat rate shipping options at $5 $10 and $20 depending on how quickly you need your items. Whereas esource parts charges you whatever the shipping company would charge you for a tracked parcel according to the size and weight of the package. Don't expect to be paying anything less then $14 on shipping though even if it's a single ribbon cable. They sell across many different online platforms Ebay, Walmart Best Buy and they have their own website too. And all of which follow this trend of selling the same products at an extreme mark-up. Just something to beware of because other companies offer the same products for much cheaper. Do as you will with this information. I just thought this had to be put out there as I've yet to see a review about this shoddy website that mentions this. either because most people are just ignorant and don't know or the company is actively taking such reviews down. i guess we'll see if my review stays up or not. read more

i don't recommend this company as very bad service I ordered parts twice and after week when I n receive pars I contacted them I was told parts are back order no email second time same after week ur payment didn't go through. read more

SENT ME WRONG SCREEN and they even admitted their fault and after i returned it its been a week now (7days) and i still didn't get my refund! i ordered an s10 plus screen with fingerprint and they sent me a screen with no fingerprint after i told them about this they said it was their fault and that they had the wrong information on the listing, i checked other listing and most of them had incorrect information! if you buy from them then expect bad customer service and incorrect low quality parts and no refund after returns its been 7 days since I returned my screen to them and they are just stalling and ignoring and replying late on purpose and not providing any refund! it already costed me my customer who was super mad at me for their fault and now they are not refunding DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, I will update this review if they refund if they dont refund then I will be contacting my lawyer/ bank and BBB and several others as they wasted multiple days of my time and labor and costed me my customer and the stress i experience from all of this, I will not hesitate at all to take them to small clams court if they dont refund, any judge will agree with me with the proof I have read more

I purchased a samsung s8 screen from esource. When I recieved it, the frame around it had clearly been used and was scratched. I sent it back and requested a new one. The second one I recieved was in the same obviously used condition. I asked them to just please send a new screen, I didn't even want the frame. When they recieved the second used screen and frame back from me they just refunded the purchase and told me it was sold as refurbished and it was my own fault for buying it. I read through the description which is currently online and it very clearly states "ALL NEW" in multiple bullet points about the product. They have crappy products, they aren't accurate with thier descriptions online, and their customer service in the end just sucks. They try to pass used stuff off as new and hope you don't notice. Definitely go elsewhere. They wasted a disgusting amount of my time. read more

I bought Iphone XR Coral housing without compatible parts here and it was a bit of disappointment. Some of the stuffs glued to the housing would fall off. I liked that there was an apple logo though. I also purchased their "Apple OEM (quality) screen for Iphone XR. It wasn't OEM quality and Face ID didn't work well with the screen. And the flex cable is so easily damaged. So as a result I do not recommend buying crucial parts from here. read more

I had a problem with the screen i ordered.Within one day they had a new one for me that i was able to pick up the next day instead of waiting for shipping. The staff were awesome to deal with. They realky did make my day. I would definatley shop there again. read more

If I could give Zero stars, they don't even deserve one star. yes their parts are cheap everybody knows that, but never expected a cheap customer service, it's very deceiving to get welcomed when you start chat conversation, with smiley emoticon. even when it's their mistake, and it cost you more than what it cost them to fix it, don't expect them to take responsibility. so be aware you will get ignored at the end. read more

This company deals whole sale.... Lets just say they should have their MBL revoked.... I believe it is referred to as bait and lure... They send defective parts or parts damaged in shipping then say you have to wait for shipper to refund (in my case ups) then weeks later (my case 42 some days) call ups (the company that brought to me) and they have no open file :@. When ever you do manage to get them to cave they will then try to get you to pay to mail back their defective garbage, and once again repay to have a replacement shipped back to you. If doing express shipping (ie. Next Day) its $25 so do this twice and your $50 for shipping, plus what ever your purchase price is. So if you do not mind ordering and spending months dealing with these fools to get a proper return or paying twice what your part is worth and wasting hours of your valuable time to get a return in the first place then this is the spot for you. Also they will tell you they will ship new to you if you order something else at that point....... DONT DO IT! if they ship faulty product they should be responsible for the return shipping etc. It is not your fault it came that way do not fall victim. I am now eating about $100 worth of extra shipping charges and $65 worth of parts just to walk away and never have to deal with them again. I suggest you do the same. And I told Esource that i would rather eat the nearly $200 loss then continue to deal with them and the response i got was "Sorry to hear that, unfortunately these policies were put in place and enforced by the upper management and I have no control over them. Thank you for your business." And i bet after posting this i get some type of retention offer or something stupid. Which I will also refuse unless it is a full 100% refund in to my account. read more

Terrible experience. I won't be going back there again. I wouldn't advise anyone to go there either. I got a telephone quote of $75 to fix my shattered iPad screen. When I realized that the screen was absolutely fine and only the glass needed to be replaced, I asked if it would be cheaper (the glass only costs $16.99). He told me that I would still have to pay the entire $75. When I went back for the iPad, my iPad was even more damaged than when I brought it in. The glass was replaced, but it doesn't sit flat on the iPad like it should. It keeps peeling off. The screen is now also messed up and it keeps clicking random things on the screen. The edges of my iPad are all scratched, ripped and peeling off. They also bent and ripped a part of the metal frame (without telling me) as well. When I brought all of this up to the guy at the store, he basically didn't care. I paid full price for a crappy "repair" job. My iPad is now in worse condition than it was when I brought it to them, and I've lost $75. Steer clear of this place! Extremely displeased! They seem very cheap and don't care about their customers! read more

Ordered an iPad screen and tool kit for the repair. Never got the tool kit but was charged for it. I sent four emails and a voicemail. No response!!! It's a shame especially when I am trying to support local and companies wreck it's for all other local ones. Got the tool kit from Amazon in two days!!! read more

The iPhone/iPad replacement parts sold here are not aftermarket parts, they are straight up factory rejects with that were supposed to have been destroyed. On a good day 2/10 parts will appear to have no physical damage upon inspection prior to installation. Anyway, enough about their reputation for selling junk/dead on arrival replacement parts as working aftermarket parts. The main reason that these guys deserve to be called out as shady on the Yelp is due to their recent black friday sale. Someone in their organization thought it would be a great idea to increase the price on every single item in their online store by about 20-26% and then put every item on sale for 10-13% off. They used a script to update the prices across the board by a percentage instead of doing them one by one, since it would have taken them a long time to update them manually. They can't even use an excuse like "cost of parts/business/inflation/everything is going up and I have to make adjustments because the increase coincided with their "biggest sale of the year" banners and all that nonsense. I guess they must not have thought about their regular customers/business customers having a record of what the prices were prior to this HUGE sale. These guys recently put a lot of time and effort into a website redevelopment/redesign and then started adding more products to their fairly small/limited selection of parts/tools and then they go and pull a stunt like this? It's just a really slimy/sleazy thing to do and I'm sure they may have just lost a bunch of customers over that dumb decision. read more

I wanted to support a Canadian company but highly recommend passing this one by. They seem to despise their customers! I ordered a part that did not work and they would not exchange it until I paid for return shipping. Unreal. Think about it - I was upset getting a crappy part and now have to pay more because of their crap. I even asked them to try and explain this policy and they just ignored me. I finally had to make a Paypal claim (and won easily) to get my money back. Worst company I have dealt with in years and perhaps ever - shop elsewhere!!!!!!!! read more

Purchased a microsoft surface 2 charger and it was shipped to me in a very timely manner. However, it stopped functioning after 3 months. I called Esource to see if I could exchange it and they wouldn't do anything to help me since it malfunctioned after the 60 day warranty. I would prefer to deal with someone who stocks higher quality parts or is more willing to help me out after a lousy first experience. read more

Do not buy from this store. I ordered an iPhone 6 Screen protector (to arrive between 2-6 business days) and the item was not close to the dimensions of the iPhone 6 at all. When I contacted them, they insisted that I do not go through their system (RMA) and instead sent the package to the letter system (to arrive at a much longer waiting period, 3-15 business days). They also make their refund process nearly impossible. They will make you pay for the shipping of an item that was read more

Ordered a replacement screen for my phone on their website. It took us 2 months to get around to replacing it. It did not work. Put the old screen back on, that worked. Put the replacement on again, didn't work. Finally went back to the old screen I still have today. I called and tried to return the screen but they refused since it had been "too long". The screen was just sitting on a shelf in my house for 2 months, nothing happened to it. This company does not stand behind their products so order at your own risk. read more

Sent an obviously used product that was advertised as new on their website. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Refused a return when I didn't want to install it and never contacted me back when they said they were going to so the issue was left unresolved. When Esource gets their shit together its not a bad company to deal with. I've made several orders with them. It's their customer service that is garbage. They do not tell you that they cannot meet your order and it just sits until you contact them, even if you pay for rush shipping. And then they lie that they have contacted you by email and phone to let you know. And they will not stand behind any warranty or returns in most cases. It's always the customers fault. If I could find the prices to match at a different store, I'd never shop Esource again. I can tell you that for sure!!! read more

I purchased an iPhone 5 battery that is described as NEW. It arrived with 172 cycles on it and although the design capacity is 1430ma it can only charge to 1300ma. When they provide working parts and correct parts it is OK to do business with them, but when a mistake has been made on their part, the RMA's are painful. If you make a mistake fix it... Don't "f" over the customer read more

The reason they offer such cheap parts is because they are used and scratched etc. They undercut real part companies who offer a fully inspected and tested part, but charge slightly more. To be honest I happily pay more for a part that works the first time. Stop wasting peoples time and money with your garbage parts! Spend some money on supplying clean, working parts and charge a bit more if you have to! Typical brown people who try to win business by undercutting their competitors.
